Very bad service! Also very expensive! I just wanted to cut my pants shorter. But after cutting, I found that one side was long and the other side was short. She was totally unreasonable when I argued with her. Her attitude was terrible! She even refused to admit that it was her fault!

I've been coming here for years now. They do a good job at cleaning my suits, dress shirts, and ties. I've never had a complaint about the quality of the cleaning or pressing. Overall, very satisified customer.

Let me tell you about this place 35$ for 1 item is crazy and they were so rude to me when I said 35$ for 1 item they are scammers rude horrible people and don’t waste your time

Very expensive and a very bad job not good,very aggressive when i told her it was not cleaned right, she wouldn’t give me the receipt she would not get me my clothes threatened to call the cops horrible environment dont come here go somewhere else expensive rude unprofessional

Just sta a way this place is horrible
Super expensive
They don’t tell you the price at beginning never
No receipt And this is big one NO Receipt at check out. And after all they are super aggressive with the community they talk loud and nervous and at end remember no receipt and they don’t clean the clothes as should be.. I strongly recommend some one to tack auction angst this business this people are coming from China to stole our money and to talk to use agresive and to be bully not give receipt at end and so one again stay a way from this place is horrible they don’t have respect nothing they talk shet is horrible and at end No receipt.

Be aware this place is horrible
1- Super expensive
2- they don’t clean the clothes as should be
3- if you ask any questions they become aggressive.
4- this place should not work anymore in our community I strongly recommend we have to contact the Manager of the parking lot to see how and what is here this is a aggressive family they jump to you to faith or something if you tell them that they have 1 stars review become aggressive.
And mostly important they don’t give you a receipt nothing I just pay cash and she give me the clothing So remember They don’t offer receipt Nothing.

Very expensive!!!!! The problem I have with this place is they do not display pricing. They charge me $20 for one long sleeve shirt and $30.00 for another shirt and jacket $28.00. When I asked her, why don't you display the pricing she says you have to ask. So basically, you cannot trust this place the lady looks at you and puts pricing which is not fair to anybody.

Multiple pieces of clothing, including a prom dress, have been ruined because they always manage to cut too short. Don't take your clothes here to be hemmed

Amerige Cleaners is my favorite dry cleaning store. I've used this location for about 9 years and I am happy with their service and quality of their work. They go extra miles to remove permanent stains and staff are always very friendly. I dropped off my son's white tennis shoes and they cleaned it pure white! It was pretty impressive. Amerige Cleaners have Yelp discount, either $10 off of $30 or more, or 30% off of $50 or more items. They just don't dry clean the clothes, but also professionally clean shoes, blankets, purses, wedding dress and window curtains and draperies. This place is located inside Amerige Heights Town Center next to Albertsons and UPS. Cold Stone Ice Cream shop just opened right next to it. Service is great! Price is reasonable and job quality is excellent! I would recommend this place.

They charge different amount for same item!Today I went there to get my shoes cleaned. In February the cost was $19. Today the owner quoted $24!!! That's more than 25% increase in 4 months!!! FOH!!!

Candice and her dry cleaning specialist are excellent. They greet you when you walk in and are friendly. They do excellent dry cleaning and always are timely. I go 1-2x a week and they are always professional.

Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT! If you value your items, DO NOT bring them here. There are plenty of better options out there.I brought two brand new $200 dress shirts to be dry cleaned and pressed, and they almost ruined them. They pressed one of the collars incorrectly and left a permanent crease that they are not able to fix. They tried three times and it's still there. Their exact words are that the work is done by humans and mistakes like that happens and there is nothing they can do about it. Both shirts came with very obvious issues and neither the employees or the owner care about them. There isn't a hint of being apologetic. The owner thinks she's doing a great job because they've been in business for 20 years and many people bring expensive items to be dry cleaned. The only reason that they are in business is due to location and overpricing. Had I seen the terrible reviews, I would have never brought my items to gamble away. The owner still thinks there's nothing wrong with them. She said it's only a problem for picky people. They should be out of business and stop ruining other people's valuables!!!
