I recently had the pleasure of working with Miguel at Alliance Auto Group, and I can't speak highly enough of the excellent experience I had. This is the biggest scam of a dealership. If you want to buy a car they never really smog checked and then sold a month later, buy it from here. The owner is so condescending, rude, arrogant and has several lawsuits against him. From customers AND previous employees. Don't listen to these reviews that have only reviewed this dealership, they're fake. We're actual customers and you absolutely regret buying from them. I'm not sure how they're even in business anymore. Scary to think of someone else buying from them. Protect your selfselve and your money don't give it to them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They will sell you a busted vehicle, fake their smog checks and play games with you for literally months. At this point they've had our vehicle there broken down saying they'll fix it longer than we actually had the car running. Please avoid this place and this dealership. They have crap cars. The owner plays games, lies and denies what he says even when he's being recorded. This is the worst experience I could have when buying a vehicle. We haven't had our car since November and it broke down two months after buying it, it's now the end of April and we're still paying for a car we can't drive. The owner on recording agreed to pay for the repairs, then half the repairs, only to in the end deny any responsibility. We paid 8k for a car just for it to break down within 2 months for $6.5 worth of repairs, all smog related. They're shady a d this place is a dump. Can't believe I have to sue a car dealership over this, but we are. Also, you'll never run into the same employee as before, everyone is always brand new employees and different whenever we go there. Absolute trash can of a dealership and the worst ownership.

Whatever you guys do, please do not trust anyone at this car lot. The whole lot has a scam thing going on. I had terrible credit and applied anywhere I could just to see who could help. Representative named "Michael" contacted me saying he could help. I put I worked for 5 months, but Michael said the banks don't want to see that and he changed it to a year. He got me a deal with $2,000 down and I genuinely thought he wanted to help me. He called for days and I finally went up to the lot to see the car and finalize the deal. I went up there just for him to say the "mechanic" left the lot with the key to the car. I returned the next day and finalized everything and went home. A week later a guy named "Panco" was excessively calling, telling me that the DMV needed a smog and another service done. I went and drove to the location he sent me to and the car was taken without my knowledge. I was left stranded and wondered what happened. I called the Panco guy and he says that my application was reversed/rejected. But instead of contacting me asking me to relinquish the car, they left me stranded. I then just requested for my down payment to be returned and my belongings from the car. It took almost a week for my property to be returned and when it got back to me, my phone was missing. We've been contacting Michael, Panco and someone named Jessi and I keep getting the run around. I finally got in contact with Jessi and he states he no longer works at the lot , go figure... Michael changed his cell number , which proves his guilt. Then when I finally talked to Panco, he informed me that the money will not be returned. My mom began to tell him how she knew it was a scam and he hung up in her face. I tried being nice but it seems like I'll just have to file a lawsuit against the lot because not only am I out of $2,000, but my phone being stolen makes it a lot worse. Long story short, this lot is fraudulent. I've read reviews about the CEO being a fraud himself but I still took a chance. I was hoping they would have a change of heart when hearing a lawsuit would come into play, but obviously they have the time and the money to deal with lawsuits. STAY AWAY !

AagSo let me first start with saying this was a perfect buying experience, and deserves nothing less than a great review. I was the first guy to say “don’t go to those small corner dealerships”. That’s how I felt until today. I called “Jimmy the manager” on Friday and made an appt for Saturday at 10 when they open. And he was there punctual ready to do business. What was nice is he was real. He wasn’t the typical greased back hair with an expensive suit and nice pointy shiny shoes salesman. We rolled in with 12k cash and needed to finance 2k but apparently banks don’t like to loan anything less than 4-5k because they don’t make enough money on small loans. So we’re sitting there like really? We have good enough credit 12k down only need 2k and the banks aren’t interested cause it’s not in their best interest. Not too surprising being as 2 banks just filed for bankruptcy but I digress. Point is the owner of the dealership, I think his name was Omar stepped in and said he would carry the $2000 himself and to hell with the banks. Same interest rate the banks were offering but without the ridiculous added on bank fees. Saved us around $300 with that. The process was easy and pain free and I would recommend this dealership to anyone, I also would not hesitate to return for another vehicle if needed. Thank you Jimmy and Omar.

Ive shopped from few dealerships before . But this is my to go dealership from know on and the one I recommended to all my people. Jimmy is a great sells man and person , he got me the car i wanted with the lowest miles of that price value on the market.will definitely come back in few to purchase another car.
