I love this pharmacy. I actually have to go out of my way to get there (20 min by car), but it's worth it. It is a small pharmacy; everyone knows your name. Also, the Gold rx card works wonders here. I am saving over $100 on my prescription (now only $4.96). Highly recommend..pharmacist Mac and technician Shana are the heart of the pharmacy.

This pharmacy took several hours of my life that I'll never get back. I take a specific generic brand and spent a while calling around until these ladies told me they carried it but didnt have enough in stock, send a prescription and we'll order it. Fine, the doctor wrote 'X brand only' or something to that effect on the script. I called to let them know it was sent and asked again about brand x, they assured me not a problem, call back tomorrow and it'll be here. I called next day, kicked to voicemail twice, one call on hold was dropped. Pain in the a*** She said "be ready in 10 minutes" but it was getting late. Went there the next morning, lo and behold: They tried to sell me a different brand. I spoke with two people but all I got were excuses and an empty promise that "I can ask the manager above their manager to order it" and im like screw that, you lied about it and thought i wouldn't notice until after i paid. The pharmacy tech pretended to play d*** until her pharmacist came around, they knew exactly what they were doing. I know your PBM wants to save a dollar but you gave me your word and i went out of my way. Lame.

This is the best pharmacy I've ever used. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and they don't harass you with constant, annoying phone calls like crappy CVS pharmacy. With CVS you will get constantly harassed by automatic phone dialers even after you tell them to stop calling you and even after you "remove" your phone number from their system. Do yourself a favor and visit this pharmacy instead. Super fast drive thru lane is very convenient.

I had an amazing experience with an employee in the meat department the other day! I'm not sure how to spell his name, but Afron provided exceptional customer service. I was looking for tender and juicy cuts of steak, and he did not disappoint! Will definitely be buying steak from him again!

I had an AMAZING experience today my first time to this location. Arianne was a delightful pleasure. From the start, I noticed how detail oriented she was. She was working extremely hard & greeted every single person that passed by. LITERALLY EVERYONE! My phone died and I frantically needed help with directions because I'm from Houston. She was glad to assist me in every way, shape, and form. While multitasking and still helping other customers. I wish more employees worked this efficiently to please each customer. She is definitely living is proof that wonder woman does exist.

Buyer beware! This Albertsons on Malvern Ave, Fullerton sold food that was a month expired date. My husband bought a pack of sausage today Jan 22, 2021 he didn't look at the expire date there cuz he trusts the big chain stores, but when he got home I look at it it was expired since December 2020. They seem don't care about consumers health. Will never shop at Albertsons again.

They don’t accept the GoodRx coupon. I showed them how it shows up on the app saying they accept it, and they said it’s up to the manager to accept it. So they’re not trying to help out customers who need to save. I said okay Ill just pay full price and they said it would be 15 minutes.15 minutes later I get a call from the pharmacists saying I couldn’t refill it because I’m a day early. 17 hours early to be exact. According to the federal regulations, controlled medications like Schedules III and IV can be refilled early on an authorized prescription usually as early as two days for a 30-day supply. I’m leaving town tomorrow and this throws off all my plans. And during the second shelter in place that just went into affect yesterday, you’d think they would rather less people come into the store less often. This is going to result in me entering/leaving the store four times rather than the two it would take to just refill it right now. Ridiculous.

I tend to go here for shopping because I like the large selection. I pass their competition on the way. Today's post will be for the deli. I got the chicken lunch combo for my wife as she didn't come in with me today. But she was high disappointed in what I brought home. This is the first time I've had an issue and not to happy about it. But with COVID I wanted to get in and out as it was getting busy. But two small chickens. Not a fan of deli chicken options now!

Most markets don't have employees cleaning the carts anymore but thanks for continuing that. More importantly, my husband accidentally dropped his wallet outside, but one of the employees picked it up and kept it safe for us. Thank you for being honest and saving us the trouble of replacing everything!

Albertsons locations like this are the complete worst and throughout Los Angeles, Orange and San Bernardino County. Hopefully this wretched chain will continue to go downhill due to the numerous problems they have and so much more to boot. The main problems this chain and store location has had are loss prevention managers Beverly Stavang and Cory Barnett. Store director Robert Guyon who probably sleeps with various female employees in return for favors and of course regional office manager Dennis Thomas. Four completely horrible people once again and heavily unfit for the positions that they are holding. Don't believe Beverly's Linkedin profile as it is full of complete lies as she is none of the following she claims in her profile. She is not tactful, she is not respectful and she certainly is not compassionate in any sense. Exactly how is constantly yelling and screaming at people any of those things? Hmm? Very unprofessional, loud-mouthed, rude and horrifying to boot. Not to mention very poor critical thinking skills and believes bull hearsay said by a few random people. You'd expect people in positions like this to be more logical and have some critical thinking skills but they do not and have the logic and critical thinking skills of a pile of feces covered in maggots and flies. Very easily persuaded by hearsay, he says, she says and the mentality that just because a couple people say something, it's automatically true. Kind of like when women accuse men of things like rape and the woman is automatically believed despite no hard or corroborating evidence. I doubt any of these problems will be fixed anytime soon. I hope to see the company constantly go downhill over the years. Nothing but complete horrifying qualities to boot.
