I go here often and I'm always polite. They have a good selection of snacks; sometimes the hot food isn't so fresh. The employees are nice and friendly, except for one guy wearing what I think is a turban, he mutters stuff under his breath everytime I'm there. Not sure what I did to piss him off, but he never speaks up when I ask him to repeat what he said.

I feel like some of the prices for things like candy or little snacks has increased quite a bit. It's not reasonable for me to spend over $3 on the small bag of spir patch when I could get a larger bag at target for less. However, depending on who is working I would say the customer service is kinda in the middle. I go here mainly for the convenience.

Bought a Gatorade two packs of cigarettes and specifically said I would like to pay for this with my card and $20 on the lottery. What is the fucking idiot do? He puts $20 cash on my transaction and only charges three dollars on my card.

Bad attitude, he kept me waiting several minutes while he fiddled with the grill. Overcharged for a banna. Either the store does that, or he just pocketed the difference. Didn't give me a receipt.

Questions come up when the cashier cancels your ATM transaction then wants you to do it again. Double charged now.

I come to this 7/11 a lot, I buy my lottery tickets here and snacks. Today my friends and I had a Picknick in the park not too far from this 7/11 location. One of the guys brought a small bag of frozen chicken to the Picknick lol. Since there's no microwave in the park I decided to drive up the street to this 7/11 location. I asked the cashier if I could use the microwave and explained that we are at the park and have no microwave, obviously. The manager stepped in and said NO! He said only for customers, we don't have public microwaves. I thought that was rude since I always shop there. I drove to another 7/11 and they were super friendly and let me use the microwave. The 7/11 on Chapman lost a customer today and the other 7/11 saved the day and gained a new customer. Thank you!

"You have very small eyes," said one of the young cashier while laughing. I said, "Excuse me?" And he left his index finger and his thumbs, squeezing his eyes while smiling, "I said, you have very small eyes." Alright.

Went into my regular 7-Eleven near Chapman and Raymond in Fullerton, which I visit at least 10 times a week. Ran into a man I've never seen before, possibly the owner. He was extremely rude and talking on the phone while working the register. Tried to charge me five dollars for a large iced coffee. The issue was he ran out of the cups that customers are supposed to use for iced coffee. I explained to him that there were no cups, so he angrily walked me over to show me the cup I was supposed to use while he yelled at me, scolding me because I didn't ask before pouring. He showed me the Slurpee cups and said I should have use those (if he's too cheap to keep up his stock, then maybe he should invest in signs explaining which cups to use when he runs out of the right ones). He's definitely a hothead. He showed his temper when he grabbed my "wrong" cup Full of iced coffee and stormed off. That's when I should've just walked out. Instead, I ended up filling up a big gulp of coke and proceeded back to the register. The Nice cashier guy deleted my earlier transaction and continued on with charging me for my new choice of drink. That's when the hothead came back and scolded him for deleting it. He yelled at me and said who's going to pay for this one (pointing at the cup of coffee he took away from me and kept behind the counter out of my sight for at least six minutes). Why in the heck would I pay for something that he took away from me and held onto out of my sight? Seriously, with a temper like that, you can never be too cautious!! If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!!!
