The jury is still out on my opinion of this location. My car is currently in the shop, and i was told i would receive updates every Tuesday and Thursday . It's been a week, and i haven't gotten 1 call. It took over 1 1/2 months to get car in and over 3 weeks to receive my check from the insurance company??? It doesn't check out, but at this point, im following thru since this place was recommended by my insurance company. It was also closest to my house. We will see how long it takes, and if i get called with updates or do i have to chase my updates down? Hopefully, the work they do is worth the wait. It's all in Gods hands at this point..... i will update and edit review when all is said and done.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PIECE OF JUNK COLLISION SHOP even if it's a recommended shop from your insurance company, it's a shame that this is recommended by Geico. It is literally a CHOP SHOP! I don't understand how they're still in business! 30 days later we got our car back and now the hood won't close and snap, they put the air intake sensor on incorrectly and had to tow it to Infinity to get it diagnosed. This shop had our car over 30 days and basically the car sat in the heat. At this point we're having to take our Infinity to another shop to correct what this shop failed to repair. Oh! And when you call the shop to get status? They transfer you to someone's voicemail and no return phone call. Two days later my husband had to call back and let them know we've already left a voicemail and no one returned our call. Finally when you get to speak to someone and you think they know what's going on, they tell you that the parts are "delayed". Fair warning DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO XTREME BS AUTO COLLISION! STAY FAR AND CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

Worse place to take your car, not only do they take there time and keep you in the dark, they over price your ins and your car will come back with missing parts that they will tell you were already missing when they got it. All and all, never take your vehicle to this joke of a body shop. Terrible place...

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. If you want your vehicle repairs done in a timely manner without beating around the bush go somewhere else.

Awful!! We came here, because they worked with our insurance. 2 weeks ago we drove in the car ( by the way very narrow difficult parking lot to get in and out of) for them to take some pictures and get an estimate on the front bumper and lamp. It took them over 2 weeks ( or more maybe) for them to get their estimate in. When we got back in touch with them I asked if they were putting name brand parts on our car, and they told us they were going to using 2nd hand lamp and a like bumper. I asked to let me ask my insurance if they covered name brand parts. After hanging up with them, i contacted our insurance asking about the parts and Xtreme Auto Collision had already called AAA and our agent said they are dropping our now refusing to work on our car. This was 5 minutes after getting off the phone with the auto shop. After waiting over two weeks for repairs and my car still needing a new bumper and lamp. I had to start over again with a new company. I don't recommend this company, all I got was wasted time, and impossible people to work with. Not to mention I still don't have a fixed car. Not to mention the frustration. I would Think twice before ever working with them.

This is the second time I have used this shop, and I am just amazed by the fine customer service and attention to detail. Fernando did a detailed estimate and wasted no time putting someone on the job. Stephanie at the front counter kept me updated every step of the way, and the bodywork was just spectacular. They kept me updated with text messages and were able to get me finished three days ahead of what they estimated. I highly recommend them.

If I could I would leave zero stars. My catalytic converter was cut and insurance referred us here since it was in their network. The car is a 2006 accord so I am fully aware that it was not in the best condition. My son got home from picking it up and noticed the driver side door would not open from the inside so he had to roll down the window and open it from the outside. He then noticed that the passenger door handle from the inside was broken, literally in half. I contacted the shop and the manager-Bob advised me to take the car in this morning. When we arrived, he seemed nice then we got out to the car and he started pointing out issues with the car. The bumper is messed up, the glove compartment is broken etc. We went back inside and he talks to one of the women in the front who said that when the car was towed in the door didn't open. Funny response because the car wasn't towed in. We drove it there and she knew that since she told us we would have to leave it due to it being unsafe to drive back home due to the smell. Once I told her that she said oh then maybe it was another car? SMH I never once asked for them to fix or replace anything other than what was broken while in their care which was the door handles. A rude guy name Tom came out and became extremely confrontational with me especially when I told him I would leave a bad review. All of this happening while Bob is making excuses of how no one would of broken the handle and no one sat in the passenger seat although the seat was completely reclined back. Tom kept yelling just buy them a new door handle then Bob. Truly unprofessional! I even had to tell Tom to get out of my face being that he is a man and literally yelling at me. Bob then took my son and the car to the back and when they came out my son said his solution was for my son to go buy the parts and he would have his guys fix it. Now why in the world would that be a solution? I told Bob, no thanks. We will go ahead and report it to our insurance and I will be contacting BBB as well as leaving a bad review. His response was please mention I at least tried to help. I laughed and said by having us buy the parts that you broke? I've since reported them to my insurance and will be contacting BBB after I write this review. Bad word of mouth goes further than good word of mouth and the unprofessional level this shop holds is embarrassing.

Took my car in Monday morning for a new bumper. Picked it up Wednesday afternoon. It looks like a brand new car I am very happy. They even buffed out some scratches I had. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them for your auto repairs.

It took months to get an appointment and the day of they told me they were not scheduling any repairs. If you no you aren't scheduling any repairs maybe call your customers and let them know so they can go elsewhere for services instead of wasting 3 months.

I've called 3 times to follow up on an appointment to get my car fixed. The same female answers and every time I call she's takes my phone number and name and says she'll get back to me which never happens. Very unfortunate their customer service is non existent because they do really good work. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. My car was stolen and found with minor damages as you can see in the photos posted below. I came here because my insurance recommended it and I trusted them, big fuckin mistake. Xxtreme had my car since May 12, I got it back today on August 4, almost 3 whole months later. When I first got in touch with the estimator I was told it should only be about 2 weeks. lol. Every time I was given an estimated completion date, I'd call for an update and there just happened to be another excuse as to why it wasn't ready. Communication was horrible, my estimator rarely kept me updated until I started giving them an attitude. Their biggest excuse for cars taking so long to be ready is because they're waiting on parts to be delivered, and that's out of their control. Well I caught them in a lie once when I called Honda that had a part Xxtreme had supposedly ordered and had been waiting for. When I spoke with Honda, the reason it was taking so long to send was because Xxtreme never even payed them for the part, which was only $17. And I learned that the longer a shop has your car, the more they'll get paid from your insurance, so keep that in mind. Today when I picked my car up I asked to speak to the owner(John) so that I could reason with him about not having to pay the entire $500 deductible since my experience with them had been incredibly disappointing. I know they can do that because I seen another yelp review with a similar situation as mine, and they took off $200 for him. This asshole steps in the office with three other guys, looking at me all mad and annoyed as if I had done something wrong to him. Funny because I had spoken on the phone with him before, and he was so nice over the phone so I guess that was him just being fake and pretending to care. The entire time I spoke with him, some guy stood right beside him trying to look all hard like he was Johns personal body guard. Not sure if that was supposed to intimidate me or what but that was fucking weird. John was so rude, had an idgaf type of attitude, and even laughed at me as he could tell I was holding back tears. My brother asked him a question and instead of answering him he asked "is this your car or hers?" just being a smart ass. He basically told me that it wasn't their fault it took so long, and that he wasn't aware that my car had been stolen, which is completely irrelevant and makes no sense because my estimator knew that but he didn't? I've worked for many different companies, and I've NEVER seen a business owner/manager talk to a customer the way he spoke to me and my brother. I could understand if I was acting crazy or something but the whole time I was trying not to cry and he couldn't care less. He made me so upset I was literally shaking and crying as I was signing papers. I hope they get a new owner because John is a sorry excuse for one, zero professionalism and absolutely no compassion. Not to mention, he doesn't know how to take care of his business, he said that he has over 200 cars to take care of, well why in the fuck would you let people bring their cars in when you have cars that have been in your shop for months? Another thing is they did a shitty job vacuuming my car. There was a piece of trash and dirt on the floors. I would think since they had it for 3 months it should've been spotless. I've gotten work done at other shops before and I've never had that problem before. I do want to add that some of the ladies at the front were very nice and helpful whenever I'd call, I don't remember their names but Sonia was one of them. And my estimator Andrew, although he couldn't give me that much information, I do believe he did the best he could, being that there are so many other customers to take care of, which again falls back on the owner for having over 200 cars in his shop. Overall, I would rate this place negative 5 stars if I could. Just remember to do your research and know your shit so you don't get taken advanta
