This internet company is not reliable. Have had them for over a year now, cannot go more than an hour with consistent internet. When I complain I just get told to upgrade. I’ve already upgraded once, now paying almost $100 and if I’m being honest the connection is worse than what it originally was. I haven’t had internet for the last 4 hours, and it is like this daily. This company is counting its days with me being a customer this close to switching to another service company

I was very impressed with the service which was provided by associate Daily Sandaval. I went there with my uncle and my brother to get a new phone on September 11th and the 12th. She was so helpful with all three of us. I just love my new phone. Miss Sandaval helped me pick out my phone , and get the color that I wanted for it, I am learning a lot about it. My favorite feature is the camera. Once I took some pics, I was able to set it for my new wallpaper. Thanks again for helping me Miss Daily Sandaval, You we're the greatest!!!

Cons: I don’t know if this is me but why does Xfinity say “we are unable to process your card”??? Hello?? I have money in that debit card and it not process??? Literally Xfinity doesn’t “process” all cards.Pros: really fast 5G Service and 5G Internet too (I compared it to T-Mobile “5G Internet” but yes yes it takes long but the end of the day, you’ll figure your problems out with there reps. I will gladly stay with Xfinity mobile and internet

asian store supervisor, shipped my phone thru fedex personally. i m being charged for service and the phone. he told me therr s nothing he can do. i ll be going into store physically again n i ll ask for distric xfinity manager. .

I got up this morning to pay my bill waited in line in front of the store. Went in and they took my name I said I just want to pay my cell bill so the lady with big eyelashes sent me to the kiosk to pay it wouldn't work for me. She avoided eye contact to confirm she saw it didn't work so I went back to the front and when I saw she was walking up I told her and she wouldn't even take time to point out how to work it or what happened then the young man with the uncombed hair tried to avoid helping by telling the people that came in behind me it's a 30 min wait instead of just saying give me a moment I'll go over and try to see what's wrong with the machine. I left to come outside to write a review about the kings canyon store here in Fresno I think it's just this side of town where they treat customers this way like people are not a priority or they just don't have proper training. This store gets 1 Star.

‼️‼️Be careful this place because they did scam with you (fraud) . That’s happen with me . I purchased 1 new phone and 1 new line from this place April 4, 2023 afternoons when I go home checked my account online that showed 2 phones on my account and I did call to customers they said first phone purchased 12:30pm and 2nd phone purchased 1pm same day and same salesman placed the order then I go back to store talked to salesman and manager but they don’t have any answers because salesman took 2nd phone and manager said give us 10 day we refund you but I never received yet any refund from that day to today 7/27/2023. I contacted with xfinity fraud department let see what happens Be careful ?‼️

Worse service and company in the world. I had a horrible experience in person and on the phone. Plan on getting rid of this for a family member. The scammer tried to trick me into accepting a new service on the phone and that is not why I called. They could not help me in the office or phone. How do they stay in business? The person in the store was no help. The person on the phone tried to scam me on the phone. Be careful and read everything before you check and agree. Like I said the reason for my in person visit and phone call could not be fixed. A very simple request. This company should be ashamed of themselves for not properly training employees. All the employees did was to try and sell me things.

Nemo and Ralph are great, they definitely know there stuff, Carlos is very helpful but very busy, we stayed in the store dealing with AT&T for about 4 hours and these guys stuck with us every step of the way

The lady at the front desk was really not helpful, last time I came to a different person I was helped on the same question accordingly, but seems like this lady didn’t want to help at all, plus she was in a bad mood for some reason. You should hire better people. Gonna drop xfinity

They take forever for simple questions, they skip your turn if they know someone familiar coming in. It's just a very disorganized store in my opinion. Workers seem to have a good personality though. People waiting for hours.
