I don't see why it's so hard to just get their actual phone number that keeps giving me the hotline or an agent I just need to talk to you whoever signed my freaking plan up for Xfinity mobile and why is it so high cuz it's not what I expected so I can't even call to set up an appointment to talk to the actual person who started my whole plan up it's ridiculous why do I have to go through all these channels just to talk to you stupid agent 😭

OMG!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME!! I AM SO HAPPY.
I came in very distressed and James greeted me and helped me right away!
I'm so happy with Denise!! She got me the best deal. And they had a funny co worker Gabriel I think joking around with us, made my visit perfect.
Can't forget about Will and Anthony!

You guys worked your magic and helped me get service for my phone.
Now I'm all xfinity, home and mobile bundle. Definitely will be recommending!!

Check your baccaria account statement because if you have auto pay there is a possibility that you will be charged separately for another bill that is not reflected in your auto pay. If the agent does not do his job well you are going to be harmed like me... any lawyer about these frauds

Wasn't a pleasant experience here at this location. This place could use better supervision and professionalism. Perhaps the service would improve if they hire people with more presice skills in solving simple problems. I was told by customer service over phone that I could bring my phone here for activation, but it wasn't a smooth fix, maybe i was directed to the wrong person but I just came to get activated. i was discouraged to go with Xfinity by an employee who work here.

My wife and I went in to see about switching phone carriers. We spoke to Billy who was very Professional, Kind, Considerate and down to earth. We qualified for upgrades on our phones. We switched to Xfinity phones, upgraded our phones and Home tower. Overall because of the experience we had with Billy, we felt like we were well taken care of. Thank you for all of your help and knowledge Billy. Come by and ask for "Billy"! Great, positive attitude! ??

Worst customer services ever or should I say just the person. I went in to downgrade my plan to 300mb without voice instead I'm barter with offers and services I didn't want. Especially this guy I would not state his name because he is rude and doesn't know what he is doing. I ask the worker to change my existing plan to 300mb without voice when my original plan was 1gb services with voice totaling $139 per month. Which I didn't want anymore. The worker state that he did downgrade it to 300mb without voice but! I would be still be paying the same price $139 a month which 1gb speed/voice is at. "I'm thinking to myself that the price would go down if I'm at 300mb and without voice". I told him why I'm still paying $139 per month with lower speed that doesn't make any sense and he stated back to me that he knows it doesn't make any sense. What an idiot! This person is greedy, rude and unprofessional just wanting to make a quick sales on people. The whole time he took to do this was 8 mins and was quite the whole time. I went online and got help from a agent which I myself choose my own plans "300mb" and had the agent cancel voice which ended the total cost to 75$ per month was only 3 mins. Don't go to the store its better to log online and chat with a live agent. Store people just wanna offer all kinds of deals you don't want and make commission off you. 2 star for the store 1 star for this idiot worker.

Worst Xfinity in Fresno to date
the lines are the worst, on a average day, you're expected to wait for sometimes over 30 minutes to even be seen to just get a new modem or something as simple as buying a new phone.
The staff are rude and unhelpful, if you're make it clear that you want an a specific phone that isn't the NEWEST model, they will try to cheat you to buy a EVEN more expensive phone. How? They will just tell you it isn't in stock, not even check the computer for you to check stock, just assume it like it's in their brain, you have to nudge them or force them you even do for you.
You know why? Because they don't care about you here,they're concern about filling their pockets, and making sure your pockets are empty. You think they want you to save on some good deals for you? Not at all. If anything, they wouldn't care because they'd get more money if you plummet to debt because of their practices. By making sure you waste your money on things you will probably never need or ever use. They profit, you get screwed.
Nemo is the worst of the them. Tell him you want to remove a line. He'll give you 20 reasons why you would should keep it for the rest of your life. You want a simple phone for grandma, he'll try to convince you why grandma needs the newest apple watch, 5 lines(One for the living room, one for the bathroom, one in the fridge, another one in the closet and for grandma of course. That's another reason why you will likely have to wait for ever to be seen, because they waste your time, like i get it, you got to make bank, but at least have the dignity to at least try to help people, working in places like this. Employees should want to make sure that people aren't paying for things they need, and saving so they come back with a good experience. We're people on Earth we should work together not try to drag people down for a boost in a race.
Anyways tl dr: This Xfinity sucks. They stall. Nemo sucks.Go to River Park
