My father was treated pretty badly by a female employee here today. I myself am a store director of a major retail store, and know from experience working with the public is hard, but if you’re going to go in to work, try to be a little nicer. She was so rude, and when he tried to tell her manager he did nothing to rectify it. My father is in the middle of battling cancer, and Xfinity is giving him so much trouble at his country house, they could have been so much nicer since it is their problem with there Internet poles near his house. I hope corporate sees this so this branch can get sensitivity training because obviously from team member to management they lack it and common sense since they wouldn’t even look to at his account to see the mistake they made until he demanded it. Very disappointing.

These guys or xfinity is no help.
Be careful when you sign a contract. Even if you move to an area that there is no xfinity coverage, and you ask to transfer service but instead you have to cancel, xfinity will still charge you cancellation fee even if it is not the customers fault for moving to a non coverage area.
Xfinity never again, just like Att… two companies I will never deal with unless I absolutely have to.

Phone support is awful. The wait in the store was more than 20 minutes.

TECH created a mess at mother’s home. Cut wrong wires that are attached to mothers home. Also TECH cut refrigerator water line located outside home. Made numerous attempts to customer service and no luck. Been dealing with home damage proximity 4 months

Arrived late on a Thursday night, about 10 minutes before they close, greeted by the entire staff who were in different parts of the store. Apologized for being so late and the young lady who helped me assured me it was fine they weren't closed. I needed a replacement power supply for my modem, my rabbit chewed through it, showed her a picture of the modem, she left got the power supply and came back, plugged in a modem with it to make sure it worked handed me the cord and I was on my way, whole process was 5 minutes. Seamless visit. Great service.

This place was nice and clean , but there an employee name Carlos I think he’s was one bad employee . He did not want to help me at all ! horrible employee costumers be aware of him !I don’t know why the mangers would keep this guy around , He’s horrible!I have to ask for another employee to help me to get my services done .( which was getting a simple SIM card)

CARLOS is a liability to this location and company. The kid is rude, has a horrible hair do and very unprofessional. Xfinity had sent us a compatible SIM card which was 1 week late. CARLOS did a brief keynote search and right away came up with “ not compatible you need to buy a new phone” lol WROST SELLING POINT. no wonder he was working on 4th of July trying make a sell. XFINITY clean up your swamp. Thanks.
