We were in line first on a list waiting to be helped .They called another person's name that registered after us and made us wait 10 min before being helped.We spoke up as well that we were here before the other people and the guy with the red shirt says it will be ok.Well no that's not ok to be crowded and treated like that.I would recommend going somewhere else.Service is kinda slow here too.

I read all the poor reviews. But I received excellent service during my last week visit. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful.

This store is the worst. I visited the store to see about getting a new phone. The sales consultant, Daniel "helped" me with my pursuit. They were going to get me a free phone with no strings attached. I questioned why they would just give me a phone and he said it was a promotion. I asked if it would affect my internet or my phone service and he said it would not. Knowing this to be unlikely, I told them that I would think about it and get back to them. Both Daniel and the store manager assured me that if I purchased today, that I could bring the phone back and they would give me "all" of my money back. I went home and researched the purchase only to find out that it tied me into a 2 year contract and if I decided not to renew my internet service that I would have to pay for the phone at full retail. I immediately went back to the store and they said I would have to wait 3 days to cancel. Turns out that was the grace period and I was out of luck. I ended up returning my phone and having to pay a restocking fee. These people are dishonest and deceiving.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND GHETTO. THE SALES CONSULTANT WEARING A HI-VIS ORANGE BEANIE WITH GLASSES ? IS COMPLETELY GHETTO AND LACKS MATURITY AS WELL AS PROFESSIONALISM. I was basically yelled at and told to have a seat after asking to confirm with him what he said and he choose to continue with talking bad about me with a customer he was helping.

I read the bad reviews about the employees watching tv. Since then, they recently got a new manager.I was very happy wih there customer service, they made it very easy for me and my grandma to get internet and i coudn't be happier.

I try not to leave negative reviews unless well deserved. Xfinity definitely deserves it. 2 days, 3 visits to the store, over 6 hours on the phone and still can't get updated *at their request) to connect. They will be out tomorrow, day 3,

Ok, I usually don't do reviews but this is just ridiculous. I made an appointment at the store on Shaw. Mind you I'm coming from Madera.to exchange my wireless box at the shaw store. When I get there, they tell me they don't have any to replace it with. Then he suggests that I go to a different store. When I ask him if he can call the other store to see if they have any before I head over there he says he can't, because each store does not have a phone number. Thats just ridiculous. And they want me to switch to their wireless plan.

So I get a phone call from this store Manager asking me why I rated so low.... All I can hear is bunch of excuses. She's too worried cooperate office is calling her. This will be the last time I go to this store.

Excellent Service.. was greeted as soon as I walked in.. All staff was very polite.. Was helped by BRODY he helped me reconnect my services along with a great promotion and a new phone ...He was Awesome..
