World Impact is an awesome organization that tries to share God's love with the down and out in Fresno. My experience with them has been as a youth pastor leading a group of kids and adults to partner with World Impact this past summer. They are incredible hosts and did an amazing job of giving some serious perspective and action steps for our suburban group. We liked it so much that we're also going to be partnering with them for their Christmas outreach to the community. Here's what I know they do... Host and support churches. Host basketball outreach. Hold after school programs for children. Coordinate a food pantry. Run a thrift shop that helps fund their mission. That's some of what they do.
