I had the pleasure of interacting with an employee named Sonya! She was so friendly and willing to help. Her knowledge of shoe ware and informing me of any and all options was fantastic. She not one brought out one box of boots but a few so I could try on with absolutely no pressure. It’s the best experience when buying work boots that I’ve ever had. My first time but it won’t be my last visit. Thanks Sonya.

If you need work clothes, this is the place where the staff is very welcoming and willing to help, I needed FR clothing and I found what I needed and few other more items that I've been looking for. Thank You

Workers here always on there phones ! There no help , this is my 3 time looking for work shirts and never fails I dont see a worker watching videos on there phone or even watching movies by the registers other time I went in one of there worker smells like weed coming out a room that smells up the store and an other worker I asked for help she was kissing a guy and just ignore to help. Don't know who's the manager but this is unacceptable for any work space sadly this is the only store I can find the shirts I need is store needs new management involved

I was there for some boots so I went to grab a box when I was told very rudely that "you're not supposed to be back there" by some curly haired rude kid. Sorry if your store has boxes in piles in the back right hand corner, and that you were standing around doing nothing. The lady up front was helpful and polite, the kid ruined the whole experience. Not going back to this store again.

Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond trying to help me get the boots I needed in a size 14 on short notice.They have a variety of products you need to work in the manual labor sector.

1st off store in Riverpark asked me to leave ( I had $$$$ in hand READY 2 SPEND) because they were closing in 20 min. That sat wrong w me ill tell any one who will listen to avoid that place. Here's the other side I won't go into all of the details but I ended up at fashion fair work world. Smaller story smaller selection etc right? Wrong friendo. The 2 gentlemen working were awesome. I was probably really obnoxious but I interrogated the guy on the floor about a good 5-10 boot styles he never missed a beat I learned a bunch about my boots showed me inventory I didn't know my brands made & they both were really good guys all around great experience ( I hope this gets back to them & whoever gives raises) I'll be back there from now on because of this past experience there Thx guys

They are deceitful claiming the boots you tried on are the last in stock even when the boots are manufactured with defects,I also bought carhartt pants too long because the employee said they will shrink after washing them, and now I have to take them to the shop to get hemmed to fit. I can't speak for other stores just will not do business with Work World on Blackstone next to Lowe's
