I really didn’t want to write this review but my experience at this store still bothers me days later. I went into Windsor inside fashion fair mall on Saturday 8/31 with my husband,I asked to use a dressing room to try on some clothes and the girl that helped me counted my items and seen I had 6 items, I took about maybe 15 minutes to try on all 6 items. As I come out to meet my husband to register this other lady that works there, I assume is the manager or supervisor, comes running after me saying I took off a piece of alarm tag from one of the clothings. She grabs all the items out of my arms basically yanking them without asking if I can hand them over first and once she realized that all items had the security tag all she says is “ leave your items here I’ll just put them away” she said it 3-4 times really rude as she seen that I was collecting all the items back, she never attempted to apologize and just walked away like who even said I wasn’t going to purchase all 6 items? I never said I was done shopping nor did I ever say that I didn’t want any of the items. Idk I may be over thinking but I just felt embarrassed since half the store in there was staring at me and my husband like we were some thieves. I don’t think I’ll ever be coming back.

Customer service is the worst. Employee is super rude as well. Just wanted to try something on very quick due to a last minute shopping, the lady working the dressing room was so RUDE! Wouldn't even help me. Told her I just need 2 minutes to try it on very quick and she gave a ugly look to me kept demanding no more people can try clothes on in the dressing rooms even though she clearly let someone in 2 seconds before I was even at the dressing room. Rude. I'll never shop there again. Work on your service. Hire better people. Would not recommend anyone here again.

Love coming into Windsor they always make me feel welcome!! Came in to find some dresses for my maternity photo shoot and ended up finding a couple of dresses made me feel so beautiful!!!

OMG this is honestly my FAVORITE store in the mall. Everytime I go in there I find something cute. The staff is super friendly if you approach them they have great recommendations and if you don't they let you do your own thing. My kind of place. It's honestly such a good store, I don't even go to the mall that much tbh but if I need a fit. This is THE place. I'll see yall there xo

if i could leave 0 stars i would, both girl employees from this store are really rude they have no type of customer service, if they are that miserable working there they should find a better job. they were extremely rude right off the back when i walked in and they were no type of help. NEED BETTER EMPLOYEES! :))

The store manager Heather is the best! I live in the North Bay and the closest Windsor locations near me does not have the dress I wanted. The closest location was this location in Fresno. Heather went above and beyond to accommodate me. She was able to locate the correct size of the dress and immediately shipped it out to my closest Windsor location. I cannot thank Heather enough for doing this!

We live in the North Bay Area and the only store that we could find the dress my daughter fell in love with for her Senior Prom was in Fresno. We drive 3 hours down to Fresno to pick it up only to arrive at the store and have them tell us that it must have mistakenly been put out and sold. Anger doesn't even begin to say how I was feeling and my daughter was upset. The manager Heather stepped up and did everything she could to make it right. Her and her staff immediately started looking on the computer for the dress and found one store that had it in Southern California that would ship it to my local store for us to pick up. She felt terrible about the misshap and it showed. She went above and beyond and my daughter and I sincerely appreciated it. Instead of shrugging her shoulders and saying "oh well" (which I have experienced in other stores before) she took my number and has kept in contact with me verifying that the local store has been in contact with me, which they have and we will be picking it up this weekend. Thank you Heather and staff at Fresno Windsor!!!!

Came in after 30 minutes of the store opening, there was no acknowledgement to me. The two ladies working were talking about unprofessional random things with each other. I looked around for a bit but didn't find anything I liked. The two ladies were still rambling about random things instead of doing their actual job. That's the point of getting "hired" They were talking so loud that even the other customer in the store was shaking her head. We both left and they still were talking just amongst themselves, the worst customer service. They just seemed rude and didn't care

i loveeeee it here! i came here to look for a prom dress and the customer service was amazing!! i had to ask for help because i was unsure about the style/color i wanted and the lady who helped me was awesome! she helped me pick out the perfect dress and even helped me find some accessories and shoes to go with it. overall, the environment was super welcoming and helpful and the dressing rooms were very clean. 10/10 would totally shop here again!!

The employees here are trained in horrendous customer service. They are HORRIBLE!!! My wife purchased an item online and I tried to return it in the store. The employee refused to accept the item for return because it was ordered online. I showed her the Windsor return policy that allows return of online orders. But she still refused. In the process, she was needlessly rude and curt. FREE ADVICE: when explaining yourself to the customer, you can do so in a friendly manner. You don't have to act as if the world is trying to cheat you. Perhaps this was just her normal personality. If so, she should not be on the store front helping customers. I will never go back to Windsor. Horrible.

AAHHHHMAAZZINNGGG!! I've always loved Windsor to find my new formal/casual outfits. The store never fails me. I'm getting married in a month and found the most gorgeous Hunter Green dresses for my bridesmaids. Of course we ordered! Only 1 out of the 5 didn't fit on of my bridesmaids and they were Sold out online! I quickly called most of the locations in California to see if they had a bigger size in there store. Low and behold, Heather!! Store manager from Fresno came to the rescue. She was able to get the dress shipped from the concord store to the Roseville store for me. It came quickly and just as perfect. I can't wait for everyone to see the wonderful dresses Thanks for saving my wedding Heather!!!
