Yolanda has been extremely helpful throughout the application process and the move in process. The complex is super clean and quiet and the apartments were really well cleaned for move in. I would definitely suggest renting from here.

Absolutely love this place !!!Property is amazing and the location is great. Management responds to repair requests pretty quickly. Yolanda always responded quickly and went above and beyond to show me the apartments. Yolanda was warm and welcoming. Thanks for the great experience Yolanda!

Rented here for three years, constant noise and repairs being done at the crack of dawn. When I told them I was moving I was told they would pro rate my rent since I was leaving halfway through the month. After my apartment was empty and I went to the office to hand them my keys with my truck full of my stuff behind me they told me I would not be getting my money back for the other half of the month. So they lied, then they took 75% of my deposit even though it was in good condition. They act like they are a luxury apartment they are not. My advice would be to look somewhere else or rent a house.

The office is closed from 1-2 pm for lunch. Came to seek information but around 2:05 but still closed. Maybe don’t want to rent.

I love it here! Gina is the greatest and Chris always does a great job maintaining the premises. I had two separate cases of covid in 2020. The first time was in the middle of winter and my hot water heater broke. The second time my AC went out during 100+ degree summer weather-terrible timing. Because I was quarantined, it was a challenge getting them repaired as I didn't want any contractors in my unit. Both times, Gina bent over backward to arrange repairs super quickly. I've been here almost 4 years, and probably should've bought another house a long time ago, but the managements professionalism and courtesy has kept me a happy tenant for all these years. Thank you to the staff here who has worn a thousand different hats during this difficult last two years! You guys rock and I appreciate all that you do.

Horrible. They paint over everything. Constant maintenance required. Our carpet had stains already when we moved in and we were blamed for them. We cleaned the carpets ourselves and our dogs never peed inside, yet they charged me for urine removal? Just don’t do it. Go somewhere else.While living there our first set of upstairs neighbors were extremely loud. Then our next door neighbors would blast loud music all night long.The maintenance man even witnessed me fall outside (really hurting myself) and he drove off in his little golf cart. Did not ask if I was okay or anything. They are just in it for your money and will bug you to no end while living there.

Gina is the greatest, most professional, landlord that I have ever dealt with. I have had a couple of minor issues after moving in and one call and they were taken care of. I ain't moving. It's no wonder my neighbor had been here over 30 years. The benefits are numerous and Gina tops it off. Thankful resident Ken Askew.

I'd like to take a moment to recognize the fabulous property manager Gina. Her role already requires her to wear a hundred different hats...maintenance, sales, customer service, accounting....and this list goes on. She has always done a fantastic job, but when you consider the world climate over the last year and a half, it's even more impressive that she's able to support her clientele with so much grace, efficiency and professionalism during a difficult time for everyone...it is very impressive.I contracted COVID twice with moderate to severe symptoms. Once at the height of winter, and I currently have it. During my first case, my hot water heater broke during the coldest time of year, and during this case, my AC broke on the first 95 degree day of the year. Both times she bent over backward to ensure I was able to get the timely service that I needed without anyone having to enter my apartment for safety. It is world class customer experiences that these that keep me a loyal tenant when I probably should've just bought another house three years ago lol. As someone that manages a large team of direct reports with very very high performance standards I can confidently say that I would hire her in a hear beat. Gina, if you ever want to get into telecom let me know ;)

Just like other reviews have indicated, you will be billed unfairly for nothing when you leave. I was charged for not cleaning the inside of the kitchen light where bugs have entered. The fluorescent light casing is big and dangerous for renters to attempt to clean. I shampooed the carpet, but since I didn't pay a company to do it they charge me a cleaning fee. The office property manager agreed it was clean but that was company policy. I cleaned the blinds in better condition than when I moved in, they said it was not perfect again I was charged. I rented for many years at many places, this is the first this has happened. There was really no need to charge for normal wear and tear plus go beyond to get a few more dollars from a good responsible cooperative tenant on departure.Everything is old so expect more repairs, but they are good about getting to it. The washer and dryer are not very good, so don't have any expectations for what it can do. The air-conditioning is old, so expect more noise but it works. If you live under pets or kids, expect constant noise from above. The water coming out of the bathroom sink is minimal. The shower knobs need replacing.Time you trash drop off properly or you run out of space in the dumpster.The grounds crew start early about 7 am, so expect noise and gas fumes about then but they do a good job at keeping the place looking orderly. The parking lot and building looks well maintained. The residents keep to themselves, so don't expect much social activities.The application process is tough, so don't waste your time or money if you don't have everything in order. Don't let them bait you into paying for the application fee if you have any doubt.Give me a thumbs up if you find this helpful.

Checked on available apts. Apts are not updated refrigerators and stackable washer and dryer are small. Front apartments are recently painted but back apt are not and wood trim outside is in bad condition

I have lived her for over three years and love the staff!They are amazingly responsive,personable,and professional.The front office staff is friendly and see to it that all your concerns,maintenance requests,and concerns are addressed in a timely fashion.The property is maintained well.It is a smaller complex,which makes for a community feel.
