The Wickersham Company is a beautiful, luxury jewelry store with knowledgeable staff, offering outstanding service. Barbara is an absolute joy to work with and really came through on an anniversary gift for my wife. I will continue to take all of my jewelry business here.

I was so pleasantly surprised this week when Ms. Barbara called and left me a message letting me know she had a Rolex Explorer for me for purchase. i am so thankful she did not forget of me as this was the exact watch my wife was looking for. We made the drive up from Los Angeles and just had an incredible experience.

The staff at this location are filled with warmth and knowledge. They are very welcoming, attended to my needs and educated me with their extensive knowledge on Rolex watches. Deann took her time to show me the models and helped me decide on the watch I want. I was able to make my first purchase, without feeling pressured and left happy and satisfied. Safe to say I'll continue shopping at this location in the near future as the whole staff worked great as a team in making my first purchase a memorable one.

I have been collecting Rolex watches as a hobby for 5 years now and just bought a Gold Rolex President 18038 with dark mother of pearl face with diamond dials to add to my collection. I called this place three days (Wednesday) ahead to schedule an appointment for servicing as this is the closest Rolex Service Center from my location, was told on the phone I could just come anytime Saturday without appointment. Came in there Saturday with my wife and was told the watch technician left early and that they can’t service my Rolex coz it’s vintage. They have to send my watch to Rolex Dallas for servicing. An Official Rolex Service Center in Fresno does not know how to service their own Rolex product? also the guard was somewhat alarmed I was carrying a Coach Bag where I placed my Gold Rolex President discreetly for safety going inside the Rolex store. Do they actually think I am gonna rob the place? Do they expect me to bring my expensive watch in a plastic bag or carry it by hand for public to see? Seems as though the staff here were trained through some type of trade school that makes customer service voluntary.
Walmart has a better customer service than this place. This place is useless. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went by Wickersham and Deann greeted immediately. I asked to try on several Rolex including the Date Just 41, 36 and Oyster Perpetual 41. The thing that impressed me the most is the customer service. I felt welcomed and treated with respect. Even though I walked in with a baseball cap and t-shirt, I wasn't judged. Deann noted my interest in an OP41 and even gave me a 2023 Rolex Catalog to take home.

I had an exceptional experience at Wickersham Company with DeAnn! From the moment I walked in, her welcoming demeanor put me at ease. Her extensive knowledge about Rolex watches was truly impressive. Not only that, but she offered me a selection of refreshing drinks during our discussion. DeAnn also took down my information for a waiting list, showing her commitment to ensuring I get the best service possible. I left the store feeling excited and couldn't be more thrilled to finally get my hands on my dream Rolex watch. Thanks to DeAnn, this was an unforgettable visit!

Ms.Barbara provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to help me acquire a Rolex Submariner Date. I am thrilled with her dedication and efforts throughout the process. I had a pleasant experience here. I came to look at 4 different rolex time pieces and they only had 2 in stock but not for sale at the time. I was told they would look for them and order them so I can see them in person, I was told 2 weeks max to find them and then get them in. It’s been 7 1/2 months and since then, and I have not received a phone call, text or email back from this establishment. Last month I took a trip to LA and went to a dealer down their and I was able to look at everything I wanted, I was able to put money down in store and had the watch sent to me 1 week later after I payed off the rest of the deposit over the phone. If you are looking to buy a Rolex specifically from this place I would urge you to look elsewhere.

My Journey to find my new Rolex took me to Wickersham Jewelers. The Experience was amazing! I would recommend shopping here for any Rolex needs or any of your other Jeweler needs as well. I am writing my full review/Story below. It is quite lengthy and I wanted anyone quickly scanning this review to not have to read the whole story.I have been on the hunt to add a new Rolex to my collection for 3 years now. I have experienced all the horror stories everyone has heard about when I went into multiple other Rolex locations. The Snotty salesman behind the counter letting me know I did not deserve a new Rolex because I have not spent 100's of thousands of dollars at his store. Not offering to let me try on any Rolex's even though I have one on my wrist and doing everything possible to get me to leave and not waste his time.I had gone to the Bakersfield location and given them my list of watches I was interested in. Haylie helped me out there and it was a fantastic experience, but she urged me to go to their other location in Fresno and let them know the watches I was interested in. I met with Barbara and she was a joy to work with. I told her the what my needs/wants were. She wrote down everything I was interested in, and we had a nice little chat about life in general, and the bad experiences I had with other dealers. It was such an odd feeling. It was as if she was treating me like an actual customer. Something I thought was not possible with any Rolex dealer. I understand that these watches are in extremely high demand, and that dealers are tired of getting call after call looking for Rolex's. But this is the way they should handle their customers, and I know it it what Rolex expects.I did not leave with a new watch, which I had no reason to believe I would going on this journey. But I did, for the first time in 4 years, leave with a sense of hope that I would in the not to near future be getting that Magical call telling me they have the watch that I am looking for. I will update more details when I do get "The Call".

I want to take a moment and express my sincere gratitude for all the efforts and hard work that made it possible for me to acquire the watch I had expressed interest in around 2.5 years ago. I visited Wickersham on Black Friday on a whim to inquire about the availability of a Rolex Submariner or Explorer II. As a frequent visitor to Fresno, my father in law highly recommended I check out the shop, as he has been a customer for years. The Submariner has always been my holy grail piece, and I am now in a position to be able to purchase one. Upon entering the shop, I was immediately greeted by Deann Slark, and she graciously inquired about what I was looking for. After telling her about my wish, she invited me over to the display case and took the time to allow me to try on the Sub and Explorer II display models. Deann was the consummate professional and treated me to the legendary service Rolex is known for. She was genuinely interested in my story, as I want to purchase the world's most iconic tool watch to celebrate my recent retirement and new venture as a business owner. She also followed up with an email explaining her next steps in achieving my goal of purchasing a Rolex. Deann tempered my expectations by emphasizing the Submariner and Explorer are difficult, but not impossible to obtain. She took my information, placed me on the wait list for the pieces, and encouraged me to be patient. I could not have been more pleased with Deann's service and professionalism. I'm a realist and recognize she likely sees dozens of potential clients each day, but she treated me as if I was the only one there. Regardless if I get the call or not for a watch, Deann's service has made me a customer of Wickersham next time I need jewelry. I highly recommend Wickersham, and especially Deann, if you want a true professional to meet your needs.

Fantastic team and customer service! I worked with Leslie and also had nice conversations with Barbara, Robert, and Jimmy. Keith is a Rolex certified watchmaker on site and his expertise is unparalleled. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly, it's easy to just get lost in a conversation about life with any of them. Special shoutout to Leslie for helping to make a dream come true. I couldn't believe it when I got a text asking me if I was still interested in a watch I had talked to her about, hoping to celebrate some personal achievements. I will definitely be back for future jewelry and watch needs!
