I’m there just about every week on there special Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays and have noticed there to GO guy is Mr Mendoza?? Takes care of your car as it was his own.. Always asking me when he’s done if everything looks good to my satisfaction m.. You never see that with the other employees.. Thank you for your extra service Mr Mendoza

I’ve recently had my car washed at Crews Magic Car Wash on Shaw and Brawley around 1:20 PM Friday June 14, 2024. As one of the female reps signaled me to enter with the left wheels going through the railing on the assembly line, she failed to guide me to turn left or right so the wheels don’t make contact with the railing. As I was entering, I felt the car making contact with the rail but it didn’t seem serious at the time. After the car wash I went to go get my wheels cleaned, and that’s when I noticed the scratch on my rear left wheel.

They’ve done a horrible job both times I’ve come here. Malik the supposed manager refused to refund my money, proceeded to demand me to go back through the car wash when something clearly isn’t working in their set up here. The owner walked by multiple times aware there was a problem and didn’t step in to correct it. Avoid this place.

The supervisor Anthony is rude and lazy, they only washed one side of my car and when I pointed it out the supervisor was rude and hostile stating “ I made him mad by saying he didn’t wash one side of my car” what happened to customer service? Even when I showed them the dirt and missed spots he refused to wash it again wiping off the whole side of my car with a rag saying it’s clean! What a joke! Why does Crews have a supervisor that has no clue about doing a good job or taking responsibility when him and his employees do a horrible job, no accountability what so ever. If you want a good car wash avoid Crews car wash. Bad service, bad attitudes and horrible car wash! I don’t understand how the owners can have someone in charge like the current supervisor! Customers pay you for a service whereas the supervisor acts like he’s doing the customer a favor! I’ll never spend my money at Crews car wash again.

Any black-owned car wash spots? Please let me know. The hate be real ??? Don’t let you be black driving in something you paid for. This is why I left Cali. Smh Never going to Crews Magic on 4020 W Shaw Ave, Fresno, Ca 93722. They talking about they cleaned my tires and then I asked for the rag and wiped my own tires and dirt came off like butter. ????? They hate be real…they didn’t clean the inside like they were supposed to. No thanks never again, asking me how much I paid for my vehicle none of your business you should be focused on properly cleaning cars instead of pocket checking me. You ain’t got to show me but one time.

I have been going there for long time , they used to do better job but it’s really bad now. I had to go back and show them that half of the car was not washed and it was just muddy water dried on car that could have been easily removed with hand wash . Guy who cleaned it with spray and rag told me” if you don’t like it go to red carpet car wash and don’t come here because I am not going to clean it next time “
