Really bad service, made a deposit of 200 and the ATM eat my money, called and complained they gave me the money back and after 2 weeks they took the money back leaving my account in the negative.

Yes this branch has the very most un professional rude employees working here asked teller at the window for help on something I needed to get done very rude response from her so un professional, then I had to see a banker I asked her if she can wright down on a sticky note what I need to bring she didn’t want to that the only thing I got from here was bad service!!? also horrible parking ?

Salvador provided poor customer service on Saturday at 11:59 am. He didn't let me in and was very rude. On Monday, other tellers are taking double the amount of customers than him. He seems like managers favorite and manager was busy in talking with him. Instead of take caring of long line.

All the Wells Fargo Banks in Fresno close at 4:00! How does this closing time assist working individuals that get off at 5:00? Please Wells Fargo change your hours back to pre COVID when no they stayed open to 6:00 pm for working customers. I might have to leave after many years of service because of the inconvenience.

2 employees working the tellers. The blank stare & almost mechanical way they process our checks, deposits, withdrawalsspeaks volumes to the million infuriated customers before me. It's self evident that I could light my hair on fire & antagonize these sloth like specimens and be responded with not so much as an extra beat of the heart. We live in California so bilingual assistance is a must buuuuut evert time I've been in there 1 of the 2 tellers is tied up its that service. The only issue I've got is it seems like the customer needing assistance has never seen paper money or another human that is able 2 communicate in thier dialect therefore a conversation is held With every emotion in the human spectrum hand flailing & other nuance that seem to have no translation 2 english. It makes perfect sence therefore ( they are working in a giant terarium the work area completely visible) to have 2 management type people ( I assume trained in all Fargo related exchanges) to March toward a empty window to get this amazingly slow line moving no this is wrong . The actual purpose is 2 ask the 2 tellers a whispered question I can only assume Is along the lines of will u sumerize the history of our solar system from birth to present day making sure to drop all teller related work. But seriously be ready to wait those people are in no hurry & their lack of concern for you & your transaction is only bested by explaining a myriad of inevitable fees. 1 out of 3 arms work too I honestly have nothing good to say about that morally & financially vacant that institute is.

Honestly, if you don’t want your day ruined just drive to the Wells Fargo on Friant where the employees are not rude, ghetto, and uneducated. The customer service here is HORRIFYING. These employees act as if you’re asking to withdrawal money from their own personal accounts. I have yet to encounter a respectful employee at this branch.

Service is absolutely terrible and the people that work here are very rude for no reason. I had a horrible experience with this exact bank but with Marissa to be exact. I don't recommend this bank to anyone unless you want your day ruined by miserable overweight people.

This bank is terrible. They're rude every time I go in. I was helped today by Marissa and she was rude as fuck on purpose. Made me wait 30 minutes extra just to make a withdraw when another worker was able to help. Also the fat lady was very rude as well. They treat their costumers like trash. Switching banks, gave this place too many chances.
