Worst customer service at this bank, ever. Heidi, the manager, is fantastic but everytime she isn't working, my fiancee has issues on the ID and other cards needed to cash his paycheck which is drawn off Wells Fargo. It's like this bank HAS NO IDEA of their own protocols because it always changes. He has been using his medical card and his drivers license for the past two weeks and has cashed his checks NO PROBLEM. Now all.of a sudden, TODAY, they won't cash it without his SSN. This is HIS HARD EARNED MONEY and your bank screws with it every Friday! I have been a loyal member since 2007 and the way you guys treat him every payday is appalling and I am at the point where I'm wanting to close my account. QUIT CHANGING HOW HE CASHES HIS CHECKS.

With well Fargo retail management credit card doesn't fit with your budget. High interest + minimum payment. For example on purchase of 9,975.56 the minimum payment was $316.88 pay more that minimum made twice and triple payment until payoff. Please avoid to use your available credit until your payoff the current balance because if not they duplicate the same minimum payment for both balance.

All the Wells Fargo Banks in Fresno close at 4:00! How does this closing time assist working individuals that get off at 5:00? Please Wells Fargo change your hours back to pre COVID when no they stayed open to 6:00 pm for working customers. I might have to leave after many years of service because of the inconvenience.

Wells Fargo Bank Woodward Park Branch, Fresno, CaliforniaI am a Senior handicapped lady, established bank customer of many years, with the Well Fargo Bank located at Friant Road & Fresno Street, in Fresno, California. Last Saturday October 31, 2020 I drove to branch of Wells Fargo Bank, as I am handicapped & my vehicle has handicapped plates I parked in the designated handicapped spaces in front of main door of this Wells Fargo Bank, I proceeded to the front door and was asked by the female security person at the front door, asked me if I was going to use the tellers, I told her yes. I walked with very much difficulty inside the bank & was directed to a teller near the side door, inside the bank. I completed my business and turned around to walk back to the main door which I entered thru, as my vehicle was parked there, three or four bank employees told me I could not exit using the door I entered by, as they had locked that door, as the hours they were open had been changed, they now closed at 12 noon instead of 4Pm, I had entered the bank, a few minutes before 12 Noon. They all directed me to the side door to exit. They all stated I had to exit that door, no exceptions, no matter if I as severely handicapped or where I had parked my vehicle. I attempted to explain that I have great difficulty walking. So finally I exited that side door. I hobbled around the building to my vehicle parked in handicapped parking in front of the bank's main entrance. As I finally hobbled around the bank building, with great difficulty, I meet 3 abled persons near the main entrance door to the bank, I stopped & inquired of the 3 if they exited that main door, they all replied yes, they had exited thru that main door, the same door the security bank person had locked behind me and refused access to.Today, November 2, 2020 I Made time to return to the bank I inquired If I could speak with the manager of the bank. I was informed the manager was out to lunch & proceeded to call the service manager, she was less than welcoming as I proceeded to inform her of the situation of the previous Saturday, I informed me the bank had taken care of the problem already. I found that very difficult to believe. I have been advised to file a ADA complaint, which I am in the process of competing. If this incident is the way Wells Fargo Bank now treats their established long time customers,us "Senior handicapped persons" I am thinking I need to do my banking at some other bank & move my substantial accounts. In the past years that I have been a customer of this Wells Fargo Bank branch, my friend was the assistant manager, until she retired, I used to bring to the bank fresh fruit, homemade desserts etc for personnel & they all knew me by name & sight....and received excellent service. I will proceed with my ADA complaint, so hopefully this act of rudeness & poor manners does not happen to any other "Senior handicapped customer/person."Vintage Lady

I am physically disabled from an industrial accident but I do not wear a sign around my neck and should not have to.I went into the branch at 7014 n. Cedar Ave. Fresno, Ca on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at about 1 pm to make a store deposit as I do a couple of times a week at the same branch, the tellers know me when I walk in. On this particular day I walked in and immediately the manager started yelling at me that I had to have on a mask or leave immediately. I tried to let her know that I was exempt from the Fresno mayors order under 2020-16 paragraph 3.3 (medical exemption). Then one of the bankers charged at me like he was going to physically push me out the door. They were yelling for employees to call the security as they invaded my social distancing space and continued to yell at me because I was not leaving fast enough. I tried to reason and talk with them but they would not listen to reason or logic. I asked the manager to show me on paper what order she was trying to enforce and she refused. I eventually left and went home to print the order and told my wife what had just happened. She called the branch and spoke to a manager and informed her that I am disabled and that they broke several laws by not allowing me to take take care of my business there and forcing me to leave or be arrested. I returned 2 hours later with the city order in hand and both the manager and banker were silent as they burned holes through me with their eyes by staring at me when just 2 hrs earlier they wanted to have me arrested for not wearing a mask that I am medically exempted from wearing. When I was done with my transaction I asked to speak to the manager, she reluctantly took me to a side window to talk with me. She never owned that how she and the banker handled it was wrong and that they embarrassed me in front of a bunch of customers. She finally gave me the coldest apology possible and I asked for her and the banker's names. The banker was listening to our conversation from behind me and threw his card to me and said "My name is on it!" and turned and walked away. I stated "That was one Hell of an apology" and he turned back to me and got down to my level (I was sitting down) and said "That wasn't a F ing apology" and walked away right in front of the manager and she did absolutely nothing! Wonderful people at that branch. My wife spoke to the district manager 2 times and they have never attempted to talk to me. I was ready to let it go but after the banker's rudeness and wondering how many people they have done this too, I filed a complaint with the ADA that evening. I have never asked for anything from this bank other than to be treated as a valued customer, they failed miserably that day!

At first I was impressed by this bank. Before my best location was VanNess because of the people who helped me out all the time helped me a lot. First time on Shaw was great until this employee with a very dry character would not help a gentleman who didn't speak English. I had to help him with the ATM. I expect a lot from Wells Fargo as far as professionalism. This location definitely does not have it. If you are going to work with people make sure you have the eager to help those who you provide service to. This location is near my place and all tellers have been wonderful. Except for this employee. Be kind and help out if working with customers.

It's always busy but I've never had to wait long before being assisted. Every time I've came here, never had an issue. I still have yet experienced an issue with the bank itself. But THE CUSTOMERS?!! Oh holy heck. What is wrong with people?! I still believe in the good of people but danggggg some people are just so rude and vile! Like do you not love your life? Because I love mine! Life is too short and excuse me but your elevens are terrible and so is your attitude! Use the drive thru tell because your attitude is smelly and the tellers do not deserve to be treated badly. It's not their fault YOU spent money had you don't have. Just stop. The bank is pretty inviting. They have sweets for you at wac teller window. They always have more than 4 windows open for service. I love that when you walk in from the heat the burst of cold air hits you like tahdaooooo. Lol. That is all for now.

Treated me very rudely, condescending and snarky attitudes from the men. Tried to shoo me out without helping me with what I came in for. I will never return. I feel I should switch banks after this experience.
