I started mid-November 2023, looking slightly plump as turkey and fit to be slaughter for the Thanksgiving holiday.About 2 months later and I am looking more like a roasted juicy duck...leaner and with some fat liquefied. I am starting to get muscles where I didn't have before. I must say that Paul has a solid program here that will humble even individuals who regularly frequent the gym. However, everyone does his program at their own pace. And, with his thoughtful encouragement and sound advice, I think most reasonable individuals will reach their fitness goal. Mine is to look bloody smoking hot for 2024. Thus, smoking hot, here I come.

It is a bit pricey, and the gym is small, but they make it work. You will feel great after each class and you will definitely notice positive changes. Bring a water bottle, you will need it!

If you want results, this is the place to work-out. Do not be intimidated because you have a great instructor who guides you basing from your capabilities. I started in August and not a day that I feel my money's worth every time I work-out. I am seeing results slowly but surely. There are variety of cardio and strengthening exercises that varies every week. Paul, the owner and instructor, also teaches nutrition, so you get a full training and education at WF.. additional bonus, this gym also prepares you for Spartan and Deka.. I highly recommend this place!

I went to warrior in pursuit of going into a special operations pipeline. I began in march of 2023 and it was the best decision I ever made to get me ready for what I was trying to accomplish. I used to workout hard but I never had a workout like the ones Paul put me through. They were both brutal and geared towards progression each time. I not only made gains in strength but also in all aerobic and anaerobic endurance capacities, running, rucking, etc. I did it while gaining about 15 pounds and maintaining that weight running/rucking nearly 40 miles a week on the tale end of training with Paul. His dietary advice is top notch and is very helpful. the overall community at warrior is probably the biggest buy in. I've never been to a gym so community oriented and filled with such great people. both Paul and Al do an excellent job at incorporating all fitness levels with the classes. beginner or advanced athlete you will truly have a great workout every single time.

I've personally worked out with Warrior and I had great results. Don't be scared to try something new. Paul is the friendliest guy I know in fitness. Ask questions and stay excited.

I wanted to find a gym and trainer that would help me improve my strength and get me ripped and Warrior Fitness has done just that. The workouts are tough but that's the point. Paul creates every workout so I don't have to think about it and even helps with nutrition. Everyone is super friendly, it's like one big family. Definitely give it a try! Warrior Fitness is the best strength gym in Fresno.

I still look at the advertising for Warrior Fitness and think, "I would never go there." I'm not naturally athletic, and I'm a middle-aged mom of three with a career. I'm a yoga and pilates kind of person, and yet here I am, five or six days a week, lifting weights, pushing sleds, and hanging from the ceiling. And let me tell you why--Paul knows what he's doing, and his training works.My husband started coming to Warrior Fitness about four years ago at the tail end of a weight loss journey of over 80 pounds, and he turned himself into a muscly kind of guy. That did not convince me to come. After having my third baby, I could not get my yoga practice back and was debilitated with wrist and shoulder pain from a lifetime of playing flutes and doing yoga. My chiropractor told me to quit yoga and go build some muscle.So over a year ago, I begrudgingly walked into Warrior Fitness, and I was hooked. Paul has a gift for adapting his workouts to each person in his class. There are people of all ages and sizes at different points in their journeys, and there are world-record holders and some incredible athletes thrown in. Paul treats everyone with equal interest and respect. He gives people options to meet them where there are at, and somehow every workout is exactly what you need to meet your goals.Paul is incredibly funny, and his workouts are always efficient, effective, and well-structured. There is always something fun going on, like monthly challenges at the gym or an event we're training for. You can tell that Paul absolutely loves what he does, and that energy is contagious. You couldn't find a more supportive community.

One Saturday I stumbled onto Warrior Fitness when going to get pancakes next door to the gym. Me, a 60 plus year old female clinical counselor looking to reduce stress was welcomed and beckoned to take a look at the gym and what they do...and here 6 mos later this 60 plus year old has lost almost 30lbs, dropped my BMI under 28 (which was previously over 35), gained healthy muscle, and more energy than I had at 30. I workout 3 times a week and this past Saturday knocked out 10 push-ups. I have never and I mean never been able to do mot even one full regulation push-up! The endorphins I get from the workouts assigned have been better than any pancake stress reliever . I am truly blessed and thankful for being introduced to Warrior Fitness! My doctor and my chiropractor (who deemed me healthy to participate) are very pleased with my strides and improved health! Paul is an amazing trainer/coach. I highly recommend stopping by the gym - you will be welcomed...

Paul is a fantastic instructor and knows how to push people to perform their best and quickly see improvement in endurance and strength. I don't even know where to start! I had moved to Fresno in February and was looking for a gym just like this but didn't know it existed. I was looking for a gym/coach, trainer, etc... that would push me to my limits and then motivate me to exceed them. One workout in and I was hooked and knew this was the place for me. It's perfect for all fitness levels so DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED!! Paul, who is the owner and trainer truly cares about the well-being of each person that walks in and I might add that he basically knows each members' limitations because of injuries and can work around them. It's pretty impressive! His coaching, the workouts, the members, the music.... you will not be disappointed. He also helped me train and prepare for my first Spartan race this past December and I couldn't have done it without him and his training. There needs to be Warrior Fitnesses all over the globe!

If you’re an individual that wants to push your limits, this is the gym to be in. Paul has created a community of people that strive to be better than yesterday and make you feel like you’re one of them. A solid group of people that give that encouragement when your grinding it out. If you come to his gym and bring your 100 he will respond with the same. He will push you, guide you, and motivate you towards your ultimate goal.Paul understands physical fitness to a tee, he has workouts plans for anyone and whatever weight you my be in.Couldn’t ask for a better gym that pushes you and makes you feel welcomed.Thanks for the fun times Paul, Morgan and Jason ????-ed
