First of all, no one wants to be at wal Mart. No one is like YAY the smell of weed and unwashed people because of the 111 degree heat. And yet, we go because we are poor and have no choice so we sell our souls to corporate greed for a 5 dollar chicken. Today, the only basket had no back or front so shopping was a balancing act. I was paying with a gift card. I scanned all of my items and then it wouldn't scan the card. The attendant said "meh sometimes that doesn't work. You have to re scan over on that one. One that was occupied with a woman with a full cart. I waited rescanned and then left. If you all aren't gonna give me a W2 for doing your job can you please provide the right equipment. It's beginning to feel like a hostile work environment

This Walmart is one of my favorite places to do most of my basic shopping. Although the continuous police presence is a bit unnerving, I try my best to not let the cops distract me from my shopping.

Absolute garbage for the curbside pickup. Sat there for an hour before I requested on the app to cancel my order & I left. That is in no way more convenient that walking into a store and buying the items.

Why oh why everytime I go to this WalFart early in the morning, there's a bunch of ugly old fat and ugly old skinny miserable hags/old women working!! They're rude,they mad dog you and forget about asking for help. oh my goodness, they hate to have to do THEIR JOB! !! Here's a tip to all the old angry miserable hags working there cheer up don't like your job go be miserable at home where customers don't have to look at your ugly faces and deal with your horribly negative attitudes!! It's not my fault you're over 60 and working at Walmart!!!

Terrible customer service experience at the returns desk. Bought a faulty gas can with a bad seal. Worker implied I stole it because I couldn’t find my receipt or maybe because I’m Mexican and just racially profiled me who knows Luckily my wife found it. Gave it to the short girl with the bowl cut. She didn’t want to return it because it had small droplets of gas that wouldn’t come out. Mind you it was a GAS CAN that was faulty and had a bad seal. I asked for the manager but unfortunately Jane wasn’t much help either. She lacked understanding and comprehension of what I was explaining. I told her I spent the last 20 minutes trying to get it out but couldn’t. All she could say was I can’t return it until it’s empty. I asked what she thought I should do to see if she had any solutions. She probably hasn’t been taught any customer service courses or how to deal with situations . She made a big deal of the droplets as well. Seems like Walmart will hire any lazy bozo as a manger. how hard is it to swap out and do the right thing for the customer especially if I’m telling you the product has a default. I welcome Walmart to respond to this matter. I highly recommend you retrain your employees or hire people who actually want to work and solve problems rather than stand around not do anything and collect a check.

Pack today !!!! We aren't allowed to self checkout with 15 or more items , was ridiculous!!! Stop being lazy and hire people to watch then, if it was that big of an issue , was in line for 30mins !!!I wouldnt grocery shop here again, under 15 things is my limit now , & self checkouts we're all dead & I Barly had 23 items in my basket

Good luck ordering pick up. You get the joy of waiting 20 minutes while people arriving after you get their stuff. At least you get to people watch half of the Fresno homeless population while you're there.
