If you could use any other pharmacy, do it! They are so rude. If your insurance does not cover something, they refuse to fill it. They won't even call you to ask if you would still like it filled and pay the cash price. And if somethings out of stock and you are waiting for it, they don't call you either to let you know. So that you can find it at another location. Their excuse, they are slammed per the pharmacist. Not my problem. I miss Savemart pharmacy so much.

Called store to see what time they closed thanksgiving day and they said 6pm. Get to the store at 2pm to find their manager locking front doors. Pathetic.

I arrived at 3:30 to see one person in the pharmacy line and no one was attending to at either window. An employee then asked who was next and two people who were waiting on flu shot appts that were not in line. They were being helped by one window for over 30 minutes while the second window was ignoring the inside customers to service the drive thru customers. The issue is cars can keep coming and coming making the inside customers back up especially when the other window is working on shots exclusively. This causes the one person in front of me to leave. No telling how long he was there before I walked up. One of the worst pharmacy shifts I've ever seen. I approached the window and politely asked if they could help us and let one of the cars wait. They advised that the window was for drive thru only. Again, fine if your other window wasn't exclusively helping patients with shot appointments.

Amy at the pharmacy is a very rude person. She needs to have some customer service courses or read a book to teach her people skills. She didn’t fill our presentations because of an assumption that she made, when I called her she was very rude and refused to admit that she was wrong. I won’t be using this pharmacy anymore because of Amy. Do better Walgreens, do better!

Horrible customer service. The pharmacy “manager” Van is rude and condescending which explains why the staff are the same. They speak to you as if you are d*** and when you call them out on it they get defensive. I told Van the staff is rude and he said he was there and nothing happened what more do you want. Van said call 1800 Walgreens if you want to complain and then asked if I wanted him to spell it out. You call that a pharmacy manager? Horrible staff with horrible customer service. People depend on their medication to live. It’s not a joking manner so when a patient asks when their life saving medicine is coming show some decency and respect.

This is for the pharmacy only. Wait times are insanely long. At first I thought it was a fluke but it has only gotten worse. What used to take 15-20 minutes to fill, now takes 12+ hours. Consider yourself lucky if you get it same day. Then be prepared to wait in line for 30+ minutes when you pick it up. If you request shipment, expect it to take a week, despite them saying 24-48 hrs. They are clearly short staffed so I'm not blaming the individual workers, but it needs to be addressed.

Our pharmacy went out of business and moved our files to this location and ever since it has been a nightmare. Very poor customer service. Will say your RX will be ready in one hour, come back two hours later and they say another hour. This has happened three times. Three strikes and you are out!!

I went to pickup my prescription today and out of blue the pharmacy just hanged a sign says sorry we are closed today at 5pm, 5 hours before the regular close hour. when I called the store, no one answered the phone . what a terrible service!

Favorite Walgreens location in town. Wonderful employees including management. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff is just as competent and kind. Store is clean and well stocked.

I'd leave zero stars if I could, but can't. While businesses partner with other businesses, like FedEx, they're supposed to be mutually beneficial and of benefit to the customer. Today obviously was not the case. I have wheels, weigh 45lbs a piece, sent to this location due to it requiring a signature and I work. Not wanting to risk 4 brand new Tesla wheels was a no brainer. So imagine my surprise when I get a text from FedEx stating that the recipient has "refused the order". So I drive over there, talk to one employee who directs me to "oh she's in charge". The piss poor excuse was "we have other big packages and they were heavy". Inexcusable. If you are unwilling or unable to live up to the terms of your business partner, end the relationship. And as for the staff at this location, I had to bite my tongue as to keep myself from truly explaining how I felt about their logic. If that young lady is in charge, you have have other problems.

I wish I asked the cashier for his name bc he was AWESOME! Instead of running away from me as I approached the photo counter he walked towards me to greet and ask if I needed assistance. Last time I stopped by to pick up something I waited forever for assistance because all the associates ran off. Anyway, I'm giving 5 stars bc this gentleman was extremely pleasant and due to his excellent customer service I will return and hope to see him. Date of service was Tuesday 11/30/21 around noon, he helped me at the photo counter for two online orders I placed for in store pickup! I hope he gets acknowledged bc I called the survey on the receipt and also completed the survey that was emailed to me. Thank YOU kiddo!

Walgreens on chestnut and Shepard is terrible. I went in to pick up a photo girl asked if I needed help I said yes, I asked her about the photo I received, she walked away. Drive through pharmacy is a joke , three cars in front of me 30 min later, I pull up I see the kid wit mask n gloves on , telling me to wait, all I wanted was quick pick up. He proceeded to spray chemical behind the glass wiping counters and the metal box , I kept asking for service he ignored me. Drive through is supposed to be quick attentive to the customer, but this guy was off his rocker with the gloves mask n spray, instead of doing what he was there for Servicing the Customer " Drive thru " not wait till I'm ready!!! 40 mins later. I'm done with these stores . Time for change where grown ups work not kids.,
