This pharmacy is the worst I have ever used. They refuse to refill my prescription until the day I’ve used up the previous one. This is really inconvenient for someone who is over 70 and has mobility issues. The pharmacist is rude. On one occasion, he argued with me and said that since I had received a flu shot at another Walgreen’s, I was expected to submit my prescriptions to that Walgreen’s or go on record that this was the Walgreen’s I would use in the future. I’ve also witnessed him being petty and rude to other customers. I’ve given the pharmacy my business a few times, hoping that previous problems were just “a bad day” for them. I’m done. I’ll take my pharmacy business elsewhere.

HORRIBLE service! Their pharmacy is rude & incompetent. Each time I call it's a 5-15 minute wait time. I can't understand the foreigners that I speak with here. Don't waste your time at this place. They're assholes!!!!

In store shopping and staff are great. The pharmacy however, I'll be changing very soon. They always take so long. And multiple times I've been told the meds would be ready at a certain time, then I have to keep coming back because they weren't ready. Idk if the pharmacy is short staffed or what, but they're not very efficient.

waited for 15+ minutes at the drive thru for someone to answer. already has been in line behind 2 cars for an hour. definitely will not be coming back. don't waste your time !

If you have lots of free time to waste and enjoy standing in lines that don’t move while a flurry of pharmaceutical technicians orbit around a notoriously unhelpful pharmacist only to confront a liege of obstacles in order to obtain your prescription medication, then Walgreens on West and Herndon is the pharmacy for you. I stopped using them altogether years ago for my maintenance medications and unfortunately, found myself there for the third time this week trying to fetch one for my son. There were five technicians and a pharmacist there and some woman in front of me who was trying to get an additional appointment on top of the one she already had for a flu vaccine. The tech helping her apparently wanted to stop and create a Spotify playlist on the computer for a good 20 minutes and he never once peeped his head up to notice that the line was so long half of us were wolfing down a slice of Me-n-Ed’s Pizza from next door to swallow our pain.Choose sanity. Use Costco. There isn’t a better gig in town.

Friendly people but only have one pharmacist and one person working both windows and counters. Find someplace else.

worst walgreens ive ever been to. didnt answer the phone when i went through the drive through and no one answered or checked as i waited for 15mins. i went inside and waited 30 mins in line with one person in front of me and said theres no prescription under my name when my doctor called several times. fuck you guys.

West and Herndon Pharmacy!!! My doctor called in ONE RX for me!!!! ONE----Vicodin!!! I'm in pain daily due to surgery.....Arthritis----Stomach pain!!! Etc ----I live just 5 miles away so location is convenient and I go to other stores here too---The Market---Me and Ed's---CVS (special prices/sales/ junk food)--- it's been two days and my RX was not ready!!! Facing me at the RX window are boxes A to Z of bagged RX just sitting there!!!! No wait for those!!! But hey no one in person to pick up their pills !!! But EVERY time I come my Pills are not read and I'm told to wait 15 to 20 minutes-----In Walgreens time that more like 30 minutes!!!

This Walgreens is horrible! They deserve zero stars. The pharmacy never has your prescription ready, and they all lack customer service skills!!! I see why they have such bad reviews. I waited 10 minutes to be greeted at the drive-thru window to be told my prescription wasn't ready! Then, they wanted me to come back in 2 hours when I was on my lunch. Unbelievable.

The pharmacy is so slow, I had an appointment for the flu vaccine and I came 15 minutes early like it said and I didn’t get my shot till 30 minutes later. There was no one there! Just the car in the pick up for medications. It was ridiculous! Never again, I will go somewhere else.

The pharmacy gets zero stars but had to to choose one star. Do not go here. Stay away. Prescriptions are always out of stock, takes a week to get prescription filled, put a hold more minutes then actually speaking with a person in the pharmacy, main pharmacist is rude and argumentative . I spend at least 30 min daily to get my issues resolved without resolutions. Do not go here.

This has got to be one of the worst Walgreens stores in town. I've come here in the evenings and there's never anyone around. One little tattooed gal though hides behind the register texting (must of given her number out to a lot of customers.) If you ever need fast service you're going to be *beep* out of luck with this place!

This five star rating is for Yolanda in the Pharmacy. She is patience, professional, and is able to multitask and still stay calm under pressure. As I waited for the Pharmacist's assistance I watch her impressive customer service skills go to work. She was thrown some curve balls as a lady wanted to purchase a sun dress cover up and pick up her meds. The price of the dress was higher than the lady thought and she was happy to get assistance to check the price. As the lady was being assisted by the manager Yolanda took the next person in line to keep the line moving. It was also interesting to watch how many people need assistance with the questions on the card reader. I'm sure she hears customer complain several times a day about the questions it's asking and she know exactly how to navigate to get them to the payment confirmation screen. Kudos to you Yolanda, it seemed that the line inside the store and in the drive through never stopped and you handled it seamlessly.

Their pharmacyStaff has been cut back so severely that you can’t get help. Wait on phone for over 20 minutes with no answer then have to wait in line with 5People in front and only one staff. Have started transferring all my prescriptions elsewhere.
