Hung up on me when I was asking where my Rx is for pick up, when I have an Rx somewhere. Terrible customer service. She hung up on me and could not tell me whete it is. Guess what, I will not be using Walgreens. You lost me as a customer. Bye!

I have recently started getting prescriptions and misc otc items. The pharmacy people have been super nice and extremely helpful.

Incoherent, uncoordinated, rude customer service ? With the exception of the pharmacists and a few of their assistance, some of the assistance act as if they are doing favor to the customer. Rude, they make their own rules ?? Time to switch!
