The pharmacy is so slow, I had an appointment for the flu vaccine and I came 15 minutes early like it said and I didn’t get my shot till 30 minutes later. There was no one there! Just the car in the pick up for medications. It was ridiculous! Never again, I will go somewhere else.

This has got to be one of the worst Walgreens stores in town. I've come here in the evenings and there's never anyone around. One little tattooed gal though hides behind the register texting (must of given her number out to a lot of customers.) If you ever need fast service you're going to be *beep* out of luck with this place!

Their pharmacyStaff has been cut back so severely that you can’t get help. Wait on phone for over 20 minutes with no answer then have to wait in line with 5People in front and only one staff. Have started transferring all my prescriptions elsewhere.

This pharmacy is really unorganized. I’m not sure if they are understaffed maybe or what but my husband and and I have both had issues picking up medications and getting vaccines here. They tell us medications are ready but then when we go to get them they aren’t. I’ve made vaccine appointments for this location only for them to tell me when I get there that they don’t have the vaccine and they will order it. I went back when they told me to come back and they told me once again they didn’t have it and that they would order it and to come back the next day (again.) Why even let me make an appointment if you don’t have the vaccine? Or maybe at least order it once you see someone has an appointment for it? I’ve wasted enough time going to this place and I won’t be going back.

My rating is based on pricing, availabilty & staffing. The store itself is clean, close by, does carry unique items & staff is friendly & helpful. My only reason for coming back is for their pharmacy. With inflation, goods are obscenely overpriced on basic staples. There are a lot more holes on the shelves & product availability is low to none when it comes to personal hygiene or injury/wellness related items. Brands are selective & floor staffing (that I've experienced) needs improvement. I save $$ by making the extra trip (extra gas inc) to do my shopping elsewhere. Disappointing.

If I could give a zero I would. This pharmacy is so incompetent. They gave my granddaughter medication in a bottle that was supposed to be a suspension, but it was still in powder form! When we took it back and complained we were treated so rudely. The tech slammed the new bottle on the counter and said, " it wasnt the wrong medicine, we just forgot to mix it!" When we asked who should be held accountable they actually told us to call 1-800- Walgreens!

Drive thru---- I wish they had a line for drop off and one for pick up. Would make life so much easier.

The lady who checks people in at the pharmacy is extremely rude. I took my daughter for her first dose of the COVID vaccine and was told she couldn’t get it because I didn’t bring her vaccine card (which is NOT needed to get the vaccine), then they wanted her ID (she is 12!), then was not believed when I explained I was her mother. After arguing they FINALLY agreed to give her the first dose. Then today was her appointment for the 2nd dose. I said “my daughter has an appointment” and was told they didn’t do walk-ins. I repeated that she had an appointment, this was not a walk-in. Then they refused to give her the 2nd dose because we have Kaiser, which makes absolutely no sense because she had Kaiser when she got the first dose. And they can bill the government if Kaiser denied it. They straight up REFUSED to provide my daughter with the 2nd dose. I then took her to a different Walgreens further from my house and she got her 2nd dose there with absolutely no problem at all. I’m astonished at how rude this particular woman is at the pharmacy. Too bad I didn’t get her name.

Made a Covid test appointment. Showed up 20 minutes early. Waited in a line for 40 minutes just to be told "our system doesn't have your appointment." Despite me showing them all of my appointment information. Steer as clear as you can, these people are the worst! Edit: go to Rite Aid, I called them and told them what was up and they're giving me an appointment in half an hour!

never once had a problem using the restrooms at a walgreens as a delivery driver until this one. “it’s not cleaned” was the reason? but there were 3 workers standing around and only 1 customer in store. it’s unfortunate and i expected more from this side of town. get better employees who clean the restroom when it’s supposed to be not when you decide it’s convenient.

This is about the pharmacy at the West and Herndon store. At least on 6-7 occasions they have told us over the phone that a med is ready only to drive 4 miles to be told it isn't. They are rude, Michelle and Dalton, the pharmacist. They in addition, skim off the top of your medication. COUNT YOUR PILLS!! Dishonest thievery and one lie after another going on there! They will see your phone number, and not answer. BAD

Covid-19 phase: When you get a birthday coupon you use it! I bought some shampoo spray! It is great stuff! Masks worn by workers and required. I of course had to get in some extra steps! I went to the Easter row and they have so much cute stuff! Great music playing too! I checked out and got the deal along with the points! The worker was kind and wished me a good day also! The store is very clean and well organized! They have it all! Good store and service! Recommended!

Walgreens, you might want to inform your staff that it's Flu season and germs spread very quickly and even if it wasn't flu season you should still train them to WASH their HANDS or at least SANITIZE their hands when COUGHING in their HANDS!!! I grabbed my items before Raj, the cashier, touched them after coughing. #GROSS
