This pharmacy seems to be severely understaffed. There is rarely a person available at the drive up window to help. Numerous times they have not contacted me that my prescription was ready, and I have had several issues with pickup. I don't recommend this pharmacy. Please staff it more and communicate more clearly

I like to coupon to help save money, & Walgreens isn't exactly cheap. little did I know the cashier was the coupon police. she read my coupon as if it was a bible. then she claimed it didn't scan,then proceeded to grab the items & smirked saying sorry bye bye. unbelievable the lack of customer service. in the future I will not be shopping here & make sure my friends don't either. retrain ur employees!

The cashier who helped me for pick up is super nice. I didn't get her name, but I had better experience than before.

I don't recommend coming here for passport photos. Photos came out blurry from a low quality digital camera. It's 2023, not 2003. I still paid that $17.99+tax but tossed the photos as soon as I left.

How do you rate 0 zero stars , this Walgreens is by the worst , they really are working like they're getting paid by the hour , they take their sweet time checking you out , loading your bags. & THE PHARMACY!! , SLOWEST IN THE CENTRAL VALLEY!! Been waiting for my prescription for 2hrs + after I got a notification that it was ready to pick up , when I arrived the GIRL told me it wouldnt be ready for another 30 minutes , and when I waited & came back the other tenant said it would be another hour but when the manager walked in and talked to me , my medicine was ready with the quickness ! The girls behind the glass are careless , and do not care to work , I WILL NOT be returning.

I came for a free covid drive thru test and I couldn't get one even though I had an appointment. I don't have insurance. The lady working at the pharmacy proceeded to tell me I have insurance when I know have no insurance. I just got a test done in Friday twice from another Walgreens location and had no problem. She proceeded to tell me that I was going to get charged 100 and something for my test. Which doesn't matter if I get billed. Just give me the test, I'll worry about MY BILL when it comes. The pharmacist came up to the window and started yelling at me. Never again. With all these bad reviews, I don't know how they're still in business.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They are super close to my house which is why I initially choose them. I have never been treated politely by a single member of the staff and yesterday was barked at by the pharmacist, where he proceeded to call my medical doctor names and insult how she submitted my prescription. I had to wait in the drive thru 28 mins with only two cars ahead of me for this pleasure of being lectured. She didn't do anything wrong and he was wrong. My doctor was floored by their lack of comprehension. Her office had to call 4 times to clarify a simple prescription. I also had to call 6 times. The prescription still isn't filled. It's still in this forever wait status. I would run the other way from this place. I'm in the process of transferring all of my business as we speak.

Based on reviews of the pharmacy I decided not to use this business. I'm visiting and forgot my meds. It's critical I have a reliable pharmacy.

I would give the store a zero but I have to give it a one in order to write a review. Don't go here for prescriptions period! I have used this location for 10 years but since the pandemic they are awful!! My doctor sent a script over two days ago and it took 2 days, 2 visits to the store and numerous phone calls for them to tell me that they don't take my Medicare prescription plan! So I had to call the doctors office to have them send a new script to CVS and viola it was ready to pick up in 1 1/2 hour! Also they totally lack customer service! It's like they just want you to GTF out of their face ! The male pharmacist was uninterested in the question I had for him and just complained that he couldn't hear me with a mask on! It seems like they just go pluck people off the street and throw a white coat on them and throw them in there are the fill prescriptions! I'm done with them and will get all my prescriptions at CVS FIG GARDEN!

Showed up for my covid vaccine with a screenshot of my appointment time and info. They didn't have the appointment and said sorry they couldn't do it. Way to waste my time walgreens.

This is the worst Walgreens. It's almost as if they find new and annoying ways to hold up your prescriptions. I have Walgreens in the Bay Area and almost never had a problem, but this one is the worst. I moved all my prescriptions over to this store when I moved to Fresno in 2018, and they botched up each one. The final straw is when I called and told the pharmacist what to refill 3 times, and when I finally got thru the 1/2 hour wait drive through in 115 degree heat, they had filled the wrong prescription! Really, don't go here.

Pharmacy will not answer the phone. If there is any kind of urgency with your prescriptions you should have them sent elsewhere.

The whole hour process started with a phone call making an appointment for a flu shot and two other shots I needed for work... I was able to make the flu shot no problem online for my son and I made a phone call for my appointment because I needed more than one vaccine (Flue,Varicella,Hep B) they said I can only make the flue online and I could just walk in and tell them I needed the other two.. so I show up ti my appointment and they say no I have to make an appointment online. I try to make the appointment with the app It has it listed as an option however it doesn't let me actually make an appointment.. so I show the pharmacy supervisor that it won't let me and she said oh then you have to call.. so I call right then and there.. and the lady says you can make it online is the only way ... so the lady in the front was helpful but the supervisor contradicted herself... I know we're all busy and this is a busy time of the year... But even when my son got his shot it bounced off his skin and the injection went all over his shirt... The pharmacist was like oh oops and nothing was done after that... I'm a Nurse in a local hospital so I know the process of all this.. not to mention there were other people that were blown off while I was there ... Super difficult.. I will never go back to Walgreens for anything again... if you can't even give a shot the right way... what else are you going to mess up on? I went down to Rite Aid and boom talked to someone everyone was smiling and happy signed a paper nobody blew me off she check if she had the vaccine first before the process even started and super easy.....
