I have come here twice for vaccinations since it's relatively close to my home. The first time is why this is not a 1 star review. My family came at an off-hour on the weekend and getting our vaccinations were no problem. I then set an appointment for a vaccination for today. I showed up 15 minutes early as it requested and then ended up waiting until almost an hour and a half after that original appointment time to get vaccinated. The appointments are meaningless other than taking care of the paperwork. Make sure you go during a dead time.

10/21/23 Quick run in. This one doesn't serve alcohol. I ended up getting 2 for $3 yogurt pretzels and grape flavor add. Great music playing. Clean, safe & practiced! Paid for the order & wished a good day! Good service & store! Recommended!

According to other reviews on the Drive-thru, you will be waiting for quite a while in line.
My experience: Service is so SLOW. From what I can see, I see 1 person working. 20 mins waiting in line with me being the 3rd car in line. Been waiting at the window for at least 10 minutes until I’ve been as greeted. 10 mins later until I’m finally helped.
*if you have time to wait for at least 1 hour, this is the place for you because their Drive-thru service is the slowest!*

My regular Walgreens pharmacy only gave me partial order of my child's antibiotics. Those ran out and my pharmacy was still on back order. Because of how important it is to take the full course of antibiotics...They let me know I could go to this Walgreens and they would be able to fill the partial prescription. I called and I was very perplexed why the woman on the phone was so rude. She seemed agitated as soon as she picked up the phone. She told me that "per" policy if you picked up a partial then you could only pick up the rest from the pharmacy you picked up. I completely understand how important following policy is but it's antibiotics that require a patient to take the full course and my Walgreens was still on back order. Also, keep in mind it's for a child and my pharmacy not only told me I could get it filled here but why wouldn't you be able to do it for medication that you know you can't stop taking until completed? Long story short, I went back to my Walgreens and apparently this lady at this Walgreens does this often. It's sad that people don't have any humanity left even for children or that they have such terrible days and they take it out on others. My pharmacy apologized and called up the one on Shaw and Palm to which they said the antibiotics would be ready to pick up in 30 min. I didn't mind the drive since I know how important it is to take the full course. If I wasn't familiar with antibiotics or bacteria I would have just been like "oh well my daughter seems better now" and not pursed it further, possibly creating drug resistant bacteria. I will definitely not be going to this Walgreens and will not be recommending it.

The only reason im leaving a review is because the staff here are so disorganized or simply just dont wanna do their job Except for CALEB!!!, first time using this pharmacy. My husband accidently gave the wrong place to the Medical Assistant for my daughters wisdom teeth prescription. My husband called around 5 to check status and they told him it would be ready within an hour i called back at 740 after i got outta work and Caleb informed me that it wasnt filled because they had no ins info.Why didn't the lady he spoke to tell him that the first time he called... Caleb did everything he needed to do and it was filled within 25 min and was extremely professional and helpful A++ BUDDY.They need to hire more Calebs ?..ps the 4 stars are just for CALEB

By far the absolute worst pharmacy i have ever been too. The staff is horrible. I cant even begin to explain, steer as far away as possible from this dumb.

I've called about my patients prescriptions 4 times to see why it's not ready since we sent it yesterday from emergency and the guy who answers says "walgreens pharmacy, please hold" he puts me on hold and then hangs up after 5 minutes. I called back and tried to talk before he put me on hold and he still just put me on hold, leaves me on hold until his line just drops the call. Very unprofessional.

I bought a gel, it was expired, it practically exploded in my hands and they didn't make the change just because I didn't have the receipt , I was there a day before doing some shopping

Worse store I have EVER been to in my life! I waited 2 hours to find out to speak to a pharmacist over the phone, the system hangs up after 2 hours. Then after another 30 minutes, I called the store to find out the pharmacy was closed, but they did not bother updating the phone system. Feel sorry for the 5 others holding behind me! I call today, KNOWING they are open, after 20 mins, someone answered the phone and just put me on hold again without saying, this happened 5 times. Then they just disconnected me. I tried to speak to the pharmacist which he refused to talk to me other than go tell your doctor to resubmit prescriptions. Then since I was in the drive thru, he threaten to call the police because I was blocking others. Then he had two other assistants threaten me. Prior to that, picking up my last prescription, I waited over 1 HOUR in the drive thru picking up my meds. I have meds that are STILL pending pharmacist review after 3 weeks! Appointments for covid vaccine, well, if you make an appointment, your still going to have to wait over an hour to get it. Even though it only takes 15 seconds to do, and ANYONE can do it themselves! I strongly urge everyone to contact Walgreens corporate office and complain about this location! Good luck finding the phone number though, even their corporate offices hides and the phone number listed on the website is incorrect! UPDATE- +1-847-315-2500 is the corporate office.

They don’t have common meds that I need and they also delay the same meds for a week or more. The first time they didn’t fill the prescription to the right amount. Only halfway. I had to leave town so I ran out of medicine.
