Moved here two years ago, was initially pleased with this location. However, they are having some current issues. There are zeros carts available, I've nicely complained I've heard others complain as well. They claim that people steal them, however removing them is ridiculous. They even hide the hand baskets. I once saw a elderly women in the 110 heat looking for a cart. I said something and they just told me we don't have any right now. The community is not please with this. They need to step it up. I am not coming back here for awhile it's just ridiculousz

This low rating is for the deli counter only. The employees seem to think that the food they are selling is theirs. Every time I purchase their deli meat when it is on sale, the employees are very extremely put out with my purchase. If they hate their job, they should not take their hostility out on the customer.

since we were in the area, we needed some liquor for the party. I am like where, sicne we both never been to Vons, lets check it out. We went to the fresh fruit section first, we spotted the limes and we were like lets get some sicne we need it for our drinks. We then went on to find the bottles we need. We got one bottle of jameson and one bottle of hendricks. The jameson was gone first in the party. Then Hendricks was next. I had handricks all night long with tonic water. i was not buzzed because we ate too much food all day long. it was a clean grocery shop, everything was organized too. The two bottles was on sale and we were happy buyers. We had a great experience, it was easy in and out and searching what we need. We would be back when were are in town. I went to get a bouquet of flowers for my mom for her birthday and the selection was beautiful. I asked the nice lady behind the floral counter if she made them and she said she did and she stopped what she was doing and helped me pick out a fresh one that she had just finished making. it was beautiful. she was super busy but took the time to help me. she was so sweet and helpful and absolutely amazing. her name was julianna!! i wish i could hire her to make arrangements for all my special events! best arrangements in town!

Don't normally shop at Vons but since moving close to the area it's been very convenient. The few times I've stopped by this places has been stocked and organized well. I love the fact that there's so many options, different brands and a variety of everything you don't normally see at other grocery stores. It can be a bit pricey compared to other competitors but you can sign up to be a member for free to get some discounts on some marked items.

I can always rely on Vons to have a variety of lovely floral arrangements. From fresh bouquets to potted succulents, they have it. Personally, I found that this location generally has a wider selection to pick from than others I've visited before. You can also ring up your purchase right there with the florist rather than waiting in line at the main store registers.

I'm disappointed!! Went shopping at Vons today and an older white cashier name Kelly was very rude. She acknowledged the customer(white lady) in front of me and she was having a ongoing conversation with that customer. After the customer paid, Kelly looked right at me then turn her head to start scanning my items. Already feeling awkwardly because she gave me a disgusted look, I then walked toward her after putting my stuffs on the belt and say "hello!" out loud. Kelly didn't even look at me and ignored me the whole time. The gentleman behind me saw the whole thing and he gave me a smile as I glance back. I felt so embarrassed!! As I watched her scanning my stuffs, after each scan she threw the item harshly toward the nice gentleman that were bagging my stuffs. I've never been in a racial situation before but today, I felt the hatred toward me (I'm a Asian American) after this Situation. What a shame that racism is in my neighborhood Vons.

very rude employee at bakery area today. snapped at my daughter as she asked me a question. How rude, why are you interrupting us in our conversation? My daughter says "Daddy is that a menu?" pointing to the cake order book on the counter by the register... and she snaps out to her, "that isn't a menu." What did you gain from that? Go do your work!

Cedar and Shepherd please hire employees with customer service skills and phone skills. The young lady I just spoke to acted as if I interrupted her day and she was doing me a favor by looking up some information for and clarifying a Rx refill. Take a little pride in who you are are hiring not just any high school student or college dropout.

Normally don't have a problem here, but today was something different. Just went for a quick trip, and i couldn't see her name tag too well but i think her name was Vanessa. She was acting so rude. If you're having a bad day outside of work leave it out the door ! If you hate your job quit and work somewhere else. Ridiculous. learn how to check out customers without being so rude.

I think it's ridiculous when the store closes at 11 it does not provide all services until 11 for instance the meat department closes at 10 if the store is open till 11 the store should be open with all services until 11

Stopped by this morning and purchased a chicken wrap from the deli. First bite provided a mouth full of Romain lettuce. Decided to unwrap the "chicken wrap" and was happy to discover the 1/2 oz of chicken at the bottom.
