Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Amazing hand picked inventory of the finest gifts, crystal, dinnerware, plus more. Their gift-wrapping and ribbon-tying skills are incredible!

Beautiful store with high end tchotchkes. I have certainly purchased my share over the years but today was a little different. I received some birthday money from my son so I wanted to purchase something memorable and I did. It was a Simon Pearce Christmas tree. I waited on myself while other wait staff seemed to be engrossed with helping their more regular clients who were buying armloads of items. I was finally checked out and was left with a "meh" attitude from the staff. It wasn't very pleasant. Not even a little. But I have my tree.

I used to live in Fresno and Vonda's was my go to favorite store! It is beautifully decorated with all kinds of great things. Items in a full affordable range. I especially loved the holiday open house and the awesome way they decorated the store. I have yet to find a store near me that can even compare to Vonda's! I miss you!!!!

My wife just had a baby shower for our first baby. She received items from Vonda's that didn't work out for her. She went to Vonda's with these items (brand new, tags intact, never worn) in order to, at the very least, get store credit. She was told that she could not return them for any type of credit. They suggested she regift them to someone else. How does this suggestion help us? It doesn't. Furthermore, she browsed the store to find the items she was attempting to exchange were still being offered for sale at full price. She again attempted to ask for at least half value in store credit, but was again denied. We now have $100++ of clothes and blanket that will never be utilized. Poor customer service. Disappointed.
