Took my machine into Viking Sewing in Fresno for repair in March 2021. Now it is September and my machine is still not repaired. I have called numerous times, even asking to speak to the manager who never returned my calls. All they tell me is that the repairman is sick, or he is waiting for parts or the parts are backordered. At this point, these are lame excuses with no one taking action. This is unacceptable!! My disappointment is turning into anger and I want my $7000 machine returned. I am upset!
