My husband and I went to this location as soon as they opened up on Sunday, Feb 4th to check out Apple Watches for my upcoming birthday. Needless to say, our interactions with both Joshua and Tim could not have gone better. They were both so personable, knew what they were talking about and Joshua helped get us the best deal he could put together. So thankful for this smooth transaction and to have Monica call the next day to check that all was good, was the cherry on top! Thanks for having top notch employees at this Champlain location.

I had been dreading getting a new phone for years… but Fernando made this a really easy process. Picked a phone fast and transferred everything over while I went home and had dinner. Would definitely come back.

Made a claim and was told that a phone was never traded in . Not sure if maybe the guy pocketed it but I'm out that money, DONT GO HERE ! Paying off my phone and avoiding Verizon from now on.

Previously I have worked for tmobile customer service and I never liked I store reps to begin with, my experience recently topped that off at Verizon, the sales reps here will 95% mess up an activation, process of billing, mailing, and verification. We were set up on a business account unknowingly and porting in a number has been a terrible experience. it's costed me hours of time because 1 sales rep even w the support of a pier couldn't properly set up an account. not what I would call a sales person but a con with no morals just eyes on a dollar sign. Negative 5 stars, get a new job.

I went to this place for home internet plans. I happened to get helped by Mo -!: he was super knowledgeable and customer focused. He tried to talk to back end support team to get my issue resolved. Mo was so welcoming and did not hesitate to go an extra mile and help me. I would always recommend someone like Mo to any organization and team. Thanks a lot Mo and Verizon Fresno team.

The staff are a bunch of rude,lazy,ignorant about their jib and lost sales from not only me but my father and cousins who recently moved to the oakhurst area.id rather not have cell service and communicate with a wire and a tin can the give that sewer of a business one red cent.

This particular Verizon has been my best experience ever between paying my bill, getting correct information when I ask questions and some of the nicest, genuine people who really care about what they do. I recommend this Verizon store to everyone in the Central Valley of California!

Why oh why aren't there negative stars?? I've had the absolute worst experience at this store and if I could, I'd switch carriers in a second. First of all I've been a Verizon customer for 10+ years. Although my plan is expensive, the network has been reliable. So here's what happened: I've been getting messages from Verizon telling me that if I upgrade my iPhone, I'm eligible for up to $800. I thought I'd visit the store to see how much my trade in really would be and to see if it would be worth it to add a new line. I met with a service rep. who was totally annoyed that he had to help me. ( I decided not to list the names of those employees I dealt with.) He told me that because my unlimited plan was in the lowest tier (it wasn't), I was only eligible for $120 for trading in my iPhone 13 Pro. He said if I moved up to a higher service tier I could get more for the phone. He also started quoting numbers for adding a line and included device insurance and upgrading the plan. I told him I didn't want device protection because I was going to get Apple Care and he told me it was a big mistake because I could lose $1000 in a month if I broke my phone. During this whole drawn out session, he never looked up once and he never gave me a bottom line number. Although I should have switched to another carrier, I decided to buy my new phone at Best Buy. I was given a print out outlining the steps I should take to trade in my phone or I had the option of going to a Verizon store and they would take the trade in and mail it back. So off I went to the Verizon store. I met with 2 different service reps who had no idea what I was talking about. They said they couldn't help me send off the trade in and said I would have to go to the website. I asked if they could walk me thru the process and they both said no, they didn't have anything to do with that. Both service reps were so tuned out and disinterested I was fuming. If I was Verizon, I'd be so embarrassed to have employees representing my company in such a rude and dismissive way. I'd love to leave Verizon now, but with 10 pages of a small print contract, I imagine I won't be able to. So bottom line: DON'T GO TO THE VERIZON STORE on Champlain and Perrin!
