Jules Beneke is an absolute rock star and a true asset to Verizon. I had a complicated problem with my phone and she was able to pinpoint and solve the problem expertly. She also made sure to explain each step and although it was closing time, she made sure everything was perfect before I left. She even helped me pair my Apple Watch! During the process she was friendly and very professional. If I had a business I'd definitely want a person like Jules working for me.

Awful customer service, old man with grey hair extremely rude. Came in on Saturday to upgrade my iPhone 13 Pro to a iPhone 15 pro. Refused to offer a seat, or to upgrade me due to my phone not being backed up. Drove 10 minutes to Champlain and Perrin Verizon. 100x better customer service. Got a new phone and was out the door within 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time coming to this corporate location.

I am so much happier after switching to t-mobile. They switched me in less than an hour and paid off my phones from verizon. I'm saving 60 bucks a month and my speed has almost doubled. Customer service actually helps. The verizon store has a security guard and representatives that cant seem to be allowed do anything without calling corporate. No chairs for customers. At T-mobile, no security guard, chairs for customers, and they were able to easily move me over in less than an hour. Verizon is not the network america can depend on,

Just left this location poor customer service by the manager Robert and an employee by the name Cody. We bought pixel 7 pro spent close 2k on a transcation. The phone did not work 1 day later. I came back, got a new Sim, and then the phone stopped working 2 days later. We live 1 hour away, and we came back and now don't have a phone. They told us we couldn't leave with the new phone and our phone to transfer our data. They made a few mistakes, and now we have no phone on our 3rd visit. Now it's time to call corporate on these guys and get this fixed. Verizon makes a lot of money from folks when we buy phones or places them in a payment contract to not help us today, but taking our money without question is crazy how they can treat people so bad. Don't forget the reason you're in business today is because of us people.

It's Verizon store used to be the best in town. But it isn't now!! They don't seem to want to help anybody I was in there the other day problem with my phone the guy helping me believe his name is Mike in the middle of helping me somebody walks in he gets up and goes over to the other person chatted with him.. came back over to me to help me with an attitude like I was bothering him he had something better to do. And in the time before that I was talking to a guy that worked there and all he could do was yawn he was falling asleep. He went into the back to get my phone he never came out so I left. I won't go back what's sad is that used to be the best Verizon in town. Now all they got in there was a bunch of arrogant people that don't really care. Corporate needs to clean house

The only place that has given me worse service that this place was the verizon custmer care on the phone. I would skip verizon all together.

My sister and I decided to go to this Verizon store in search of a new iPhone for our elderly mother. Lizz was extremely helpful in finding the right phone at the best price... she went above and beyond in assisting us with all the accessories, data transfers, etc. if you go here - ask for Lizz - she knows the meaning of great customer service!
