I bought a phone about 2 weeks ago, It wont charge and the location services don't work. When I brought it in the guy basically told me that it was my fault it didn't work because I dropped it but I've dropped past phones and had 0 issues, didn't even bother to check out the location problem and had an attitude. Told me to exchange it but I didn't keep the box because I expected this brand new phone to work. Went to the Apple Store to get checked out they were able to fix the charging problem but told me that whoever set my eSIM card up did not do it correctly but Verizon didn't even bother to help or check

Went in for phone Not receiving or placing calls.. My Carrier uses The Verizon Tower. These people DO NOT HAVE ANY PEOPLE SKILLS. Blank stare of any questions ask.. had to find out Later Thur My own carrier the Verizon Tower was having maintenance issues today in My Area... you'd think they would have known.. probably did And thought if They didn't Tell Me they could up sell Me.. you can See this group is only About that... NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. NEVER will I use them.. Verizon check on your employees. This group needs replacement

Two employees in front, one walking back and forth in back, ZERO acknowledgement from anyone when my family walked in, as well as another family that walked in. Watched an employee flirt with a customer (or friend) for 10 minutes, and decided I wasn't going to wait anymore. Horrible staff, verizon lost a potential customer. 11/10/2023, approximately 11:55am arrival. Even if they were all on lunch, a simple acknowledgment, wave, or hi would have been great.

I upgraded my cell phone and picked up the new phone at this location. I made an error while transferring data from the old phone to the new one. I went back to the store to get help correcting my error to get my phone back in service.The staff was extremely patient and helpful. They addressed all of my questions and made sure that I was comfortable with my new phone and plan. They were also advocates for me, helping me get the most out of my plan and money.The ladies working there were down-to-earth and empathetic. Andrea (correction: Angela), the store manager, primarily worked with me, but Aly and Karen were also helpful. I felt like I wasn't just working with one person, but that the whole team was working together to get things done efficiently.The staff also had such positive attitudes! They made what felt like a frustrating situation into a fun puzzle that needed to be solved.Overall, I had a great experience at this store. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new cell phone or plan.

Great location, there's really only one corporate store so its hard to find cool reps that have knowledge, speaking from experience, knowledge and repatition matters. Nice clean store, no public bathrooms, parking is good unless its breakfast time. Issac and Ally were exceptional help.

I went to upgrade my phone, Aly explain the plans and the prices. Even ask if I wanted to do a trade in,she was very nice, knowledgeable about all the promos, prices. Not like other stores that give you a price and ended up paying more money. I will give them 5 stars but if there was a 10 I definitely will give them the 10 ?

This location is the worse! It feels 10000000% racist. The girl was not helpful at all, lied about multiple things that another location had previously done and said a week prior. She refused to be helpful and tossed my phone and said go to another location. Black curly oily hair with a bull nose ring on her face. I’m sorry I offended you by my skin color/ looks or made you feel insecure about yourself. Maybe stay home away from people if you can’t handle it. She said she’s been there 2 years and I’m shocked that she still has a job. I’m so tired of customer service based on what you look like! Your hired to serve not judge. Just do what your paid to do. I’m never ever rude to employees so I don’t feel it’s deserved

this store sucks!!! i came in today and there were 2 staffs helping one customer for no reason and i had to stand and wait for them to finish for 30 minutes are you serious!!!!!!!!!!!! i hate this store!!!

I had a broken camera issue on3-4-23. The sales lady told me that pixel 6 phone cameras always break and I should get buy iPhone! She scrolled through my phone for a few seconds and didn't help or even direct me to a repair place. I found a place and they even knew I had a warranty!Your customer service stinks!

Verizon is the best company to be with in My Opinion when it comes to communication services. Personally used to work with them and I love the company and the company they keep for now still an integral company.

Extremely helpful service in terms of reviewing my charges for efficiencies. It seems to me that their rates are a little higher than other carriers. But I have never had any trouble with their coverage of the country.

They like to cancel your Order even though they said the item you wanted was in stock. Then they come back saying it’s not when they just said it was. Horrible customer service
