Purchased a refrigerator from Ventura TV. Was told they only had floor model in stock which was covered with pigeon poop. Assured by salesman it would be cleaned before being delivered. It still had poop inside the refrigerator when delivered. We spent the rest of the day pulling it apart and cleaning it thoroughly. Very disappointed.

Dennis did a great job taking care of us. We told him we had been shopping around and he he gave us a great deal on our dishwasher and stove. We did better than we would have at the big box stores! We bought a brand that is #1! No one else could beat this deal!

I wouldn't shop here anymore had a very bad experience with this store I tried to explain to them that the freezer I bought from them was defective and my food was spoiling but the people that run this store showed me the lack of interest on what I had to say they are very rude and have no respect for there customers I spent a 1,000 dollars with them only to get a defective product the reason I'm writing this review is to warn the consumer around this area, not to go through what I went through they a waste of time, and money go to Best Buy or Costco a hundred better experience.......

Everything is sunshine and roses until after they've got your money. I got lured in with Fresnos water efficiency rebate on a new washer, Ventura TV even helped fill out the paperwork, only to find out afterwards it was not eligible. Ok, fool me once.. The "New" washer I was delivered leaked water the first week all over my floor and VenturaTV response for exchange/replace is "No!..only service repair on warranty" even after I offered to purchase up into a water efficient replacement. I will avoid this business and tell anyone that will listen about this shady place. Thanks Raffi, you guys dropped the ball on this one.

Selections from online and in store varied like a bait and switch. You find what you want, go in to see products and buy them, they are suddenly out of stock. Service was bad from the office manager. She has always been really rude with me when I've purchased big tickets items from them. Delivery was promised in 4 days and was pushed out by 2 weeks by office manager. Even though the item was in stock. I've been shopping at Ventura TV for 30 years, but today I made them refund my purchase and swore I would never do business with them again. Take my advise, try Best buy, Lowe's or home Depot for appliances first. Better prices, no bait and switch and the best customer service you can get.

Same as previous customer who had a New Fridgidare out of the box delivered. Brought it on Thursday, by Friday all my food was bad and it was not cold. I had to wait 3 days to file a request for service and then another 3 days to have someone come out. Very dissapointed it wasn't replaced. Still waiting to know what will happen...

NEVER NEVER NEVER get a frigerator especially a FRIGIDAIRE fridge from this store. I got the fridge delivered on early September of 2023. It was a brand new out of the box, but few weeks later it started to make really loud noises and two days later it has no cold air. I had to trash ALL my food :(. The store did send a technician very quickly, but the night before I unplugged it and the next morning I plugged it in and it was working fine again, so the technician said he cannot do anything since he can’t see the issue. Mid November 2023, the fridge made loud noises again and shortly two days later it had no cold air. AGAIN, I had to trash all my food (see pictures) :(. It was a holiday weekend, so I didn’t get a phone call back until early Monday Morning. The rep was great trying to help me. As of today 11/20/23 and close to Thanksgiving, I don’t have a working fridge. I’m in my early fifty, and I have NEVER had this horrendous experienced with other fridgerators. I’m distraught beyond words. :( :( :(

We bought all our appliances a year ago. Our sales guy was Dennis. He help us out with what manufacturers to go with. He was knowledgeable and friendly, we trusted his judgment. For the kitchen we went with frigidaire gallery. We purchased a fridge, induction cooktop, microwave and dual oven. For the washer and dryer we went with Maytag frontloaders. I believe it was Chris who was our installer. Our counter needed to be cut so the cooktop could fit. Also the cabinet where the ovens went needed to be modified as well. He was also friendly and did a fantastic job. All appliances still work fine. Money well spent at a local buisness. Very happy customers!! I recommend Ventura TV Video Applliance!!
