Bank just lost my 40K. Chump change for them I guess. Watched the woman who opens the new accounts purposely stall with her clients and never once acknowledge my presence. Her coworker told me that she messaged her to tell her I was waiting but she pretended to not know. Very lazy staff here, you have been warned.

Went in to get a new card. 2 Tellers available, and they made me request my card through the virtual teller that they have inside. The virtual teller took way longer than if one of the two non busy tellers working would have just helped me and issued me a new card. I eventually received the card after 2 weeks and cannot activate the card because it appears invalid in their system after speaking with 2 representatives I need to go into the branch again to get another car issued. Everything could have been avoided if the 2 tellers working would have just issued me a new card. Eecu and Noble give you a new card there and then.

I just opened this bank not even a month ago and I’m already regretting it. I took my paycheck which I received on the first and deposited it into the bank. My rent is due no later than the fifth I went into the bank on the fifth to withdraw my money to pay my rent. They did not tell me that I would have to wait 10 days in order to get my money so now I owe an extra $75 in late fees for my rent due to them. Secondly, I just finished my masters degree and I am supposed to be driving to Anaheim to go graduate tomorrow. I now have no money to go to my graduation ceremony. My once in a lifetime chance to walk across the stage from my masters degree is now lost because of this Bank.

I have been on hold and dealing with operators for over an hour just trying to activate my new ATM card. Something is very wrong with their customer service, and automated service. This is a miserable experience.

Recommend this branch. Stephanie and Rianna did a great job assisting me on opening my account. They were helpful and polite.

I called to ask if they would cash paper savings bonds if I opened an account. They said yes and a second customer service rep said I could just bring them in that same week. I went in and was told that they will not cash paper savings bonds unless you have had an account open with them for 3 years. Three. Years. Their policy on this is completely unreasonable. What gives?

The only thing good about this place is their loan rates. That's it. Employees are all on different page as far as information goes.The app, also isn't convenient.This bank knows it has great rates which is probably a huge reason they dont mind scarying customers away

They were great when I bought my car. I paid the car off in 2-3 months, and closed the account. Since then they send me solicitations for accidental life insurance . Today I got a notice that they will start charging me $5.00/mo for inactive accounts. I need to go in again and make sure they close all the accounts! I wish I could charge them a fee for time and gas to do it. Makes me mad. This is pure manipulation to get more money!

Went online to apply for a car loan. Never once did it mention that I have to be a current member to apply for a loan, and for personal purchases, I had to go to DMV and process the docs myself. Of course they ran my credit and let me proceed. The worst part was when they finally called me back. The loan officer Teresa Strong was super rude and snobby. Didn't know what she was talking about and just kept talking over me. Worse experience with a credit Union I ever had. Read all the other bad reviews and stay away. Definitely wouldn't recommend them.
