Ive been going to valley animal center for over 5 years now , and have adopted 2 of my cats from them whom were foster fails lol . They have always been helpful. I use them for any issue that may arise with my dogs or cats health . They very recently the took care of one of our dogs when she got a huge abscess on her neck. VAC took very good care of her and she is now fully recovered. I Definitely recommend them for all your vet and adoption needs .

The staff here are amazing. I had a great experience visiting the cat adoption center. The staff are so helpful. The cats looked like they are well cared for and very happy. I'll definitely be coming back to adopt once I am ready.

I used to think very highly animal center until yesterday when I went to pick up my dog from the groomer and it was the worst haircut I've ever seen because too close it's uneven I'm worried about him getting sunburn now his undercarriage they cut so close by his thing that it's red and irritated he's acting funny he said the appointment was at 10:30 I pick him up at 3:00 the little dog behind the desk was getting aggressive. I feel horrible that I took my dog there I don't know what he went through he's sad and his hair is awful what there is of it it makes me wonder about the rest of the valley animal center now because they allow that as part of their service I'm so disappointed and so sad for my baby boy and I'm not saying this Larissa yet it seems the girl does the cutting in the hair off and I guess I don't know maybe the groomer comes and does a trimming around the face which was not done well at all or the tail and I'm wondering if you got hurt or are they aggressive with them I don't know he's acting really funny so my heads up anybody and I'm really upset with myself that I took a chance I'll never do it again and there's nothing they can do to fix it cuz you can't make my dog okay again or undo whatever was done to him or make him sit in a damn cage for 5 hours it makes it look like the only two 10 or 15 minutes to do his hair in time he'll recover I'm beside myself I am upset I want to come and watch and see how you really do do it what did you do how did you do it for to my dog I saw a couple people come walking in real slow all with some kind of fast food or whatever they weren't very nice but yet they went into the employee area I'm telling you I'm really upset that you didn't care about my dog and I'm not done letting you know I'm going to come in and talk to you about it and ask you why were you so careless with my dog

I went this morning to get my dog’s vaccines and the girl at the front desk was very rude!!! I’ve never had a problem before with any of them but now I’m never going back to Valley Animal Center! Unless you get better staff members!!!

We have always had positive experiences with VAC and have adopted our last two dogs from them. We went to adopt another dog today and were yelled at by an orange haired woman cleaning out the kennels. Apparently we were looking at dogs who were contagious but the gate separating the dog room was wide open. There had to be a better and kinder way to alert us instead of yelling that we weren’t to look at those dogs and to go wash our hands immediately. She then yelled out that we’ll be lucky if our own dogs don’t get sick. We washed our hands and left, feeling totally defeated and humiliated.

Took my female there and she screamed so bad never took her back
Took my male just for his nails and they made all his nails bleed!!! Never would I go there for ANY REASON!!!!
