Jaden at the agua frescas and juices stand is very nice and helpful and he had excellent customer service and he also went as far as cleaning the juice machine for me twice. Great worker

We love this store. I'd give it a 5star but a big part of us going is the pan dulce. And for months they never have the fresh pink and white pan dulce. It's always hard as a rock. I've gone in different time of the day and I have not been able to get fresh ones for a good while now. And I went to the counter to ask and they said oh it's just when they put them. Like umm do y'all not get inspections? Y'all just leave hard old bread out to sell at full price and it's ok? Not that I would buy it reduced. Smh

Since when do they weigh the stew meat from the hot food with the broth and now charging for cilantro and onion per foil packet. So now you get less meat and have to pay extra for what use to be free cilantro and onion. Previously just the meat was weighed without broth was worth it, now you lucky if you get a few pieces. I am so disappointed in the Vallarta going along with corporate greed.

Today, I visited Vallarta for a bite to eat while I was in Fresno!!! I went straight to the Taqueria to order me a Chicken Quesadilla!!! The line was pretty long, but they had two cashiers and they got the orders in and out!!!
While I was waiting for my Quesadilla, I went to the Revive Bar and customized my Juice!!! There was two orders in front of me, but it didn't take long!!! I got my drink and my Quesadilla and left!!!
I enjoyed every bit of my meal and I love Vallarta's Mexican Food!!! I recommend anyone to try it out!!! You can even do some grocery shopping!!!

Has everything you need. I love the grapes, always so nice and fresh. My dad always goes here for vegetables and meat and it's one of the few stores he goes to. Amazing amazing everything

When they open the store every line had a bag boy packing your stuff, where are they now ???
They are walking around the whole store acting like they're doing something and flirting with married woman?.
Some people really do need the help to pack their stuff and help them take the to their CAR Just like
"SAVE MART" does for their customers!!!!!!! ?
For everyone and all seniors I recommend save mart better or food max or food 4 less BUT not
Vallarta people stop being lazy and make you own horchata and strawberries with cream at home
Because all the sweets are the BAIT!
Everything else is double the price as foods CO

I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. I will say that not everyone that helped me and my mom were rude and thank you to the ones that were helpful and very polite. However my mom and I were on our way out, and on her way out she told 3 employees separately ( Que tengas una buena noche) for those who don’t know Spanish it means (I hope you have a good night). Not one employee had the decency the respect to turn to my mother into simply tell her thank you a simple, thank you they didn’t have to tell her good night back. It’s the simple acknowledgment and the manners that any person should have whether it’s customer service or in day-to-day life. I would like to know that this was not in the middle of any type of peak hours where things were happening. We were the last customers in the store. There was nobody else around, but these three employees towards the front near the entrance and not one had the decency not one very humble background, thinking that store, like Vallarta could provide a place where people of my culture could go, and be simply treated humbly fairly, and not mistreated the way we’ were tonight.

Best Vallarta store is very clean very well kept well serviced, everything looks fresh, the prices are affordable in comparison to many other stores I've been to. The service is very good and the location is easy to get on and off the freeway 99 in Fresno California

The cashier Daddy K always helps me and is very kind to me every time I come here. He always explains promotions to me when I don't understand them well. He is friendly to everyone and when I have a question about something from another department, he leaves and comes back quickly with the issue already resolved.
