Very rude people working in this store. There are online hours say they are open till 6:30. I got there at 5:46 and they were yelling at me from the back. We are closed but yet their doors are unlocked and they refuse to help people when they are supposed to be open till 6:30. I looked on the building outside and did not see any store hours. This will be the last time that I give them my business

I came in looking for two specific sized flat rate boxes. Instead, they offered me the one size I DIDN'T NEED. I had to repeat myself and was still offered the size I didn't need or want. This cycle went on for a while and in total, I had to repeat myself 4 times before being handed the boxes I needed, which were in clear view behind the register the entire time. I'm not sure what the issue was as it was a simple request. I had other things that I needed to handle there, but decided that if getting a box was such a huge ordeal, can I really trust them with anything else?? 🤔

Extremely frustrating experience, twice now!
They still haven’t updated their store hours online, and it’s incredibly inconvenient. I’ve come here two times now based on the old hours listed on their website, only to find the doors locked. No signs, no notice, no effort to inform people. If the new hours are permanent, why hasn’t the website been updated?
The staff doesn’t communicate, and if they’re inside, they won’t even acknowledge you at the door. It’s honestly some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced, unhelpful and dismissive. The only reason I come here is because it’s close to me, but I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless they make serious changes. At the very least, update your hours online. That’s the bare minimum.

Website said they close at 430pm on saturdays, doors were locked at 410pm.

Bad experience. They told me 1.00 for lable and charged me 2.00 then they charged you for a piece of tape 1.50 or buy the roll for 2.00. First and last time I'm coming here.

Don't waste your time here they are extremely rude I had called ahead of time asking when do they close they stated they'll take the last customer at 6:25 I was there before 6:25 already writing my address on the box and they kicked us out saying come back tomorrow just go to a normal postal office

Not a real post office. Stay away if you need anything like scanning QR codes for shipping items.

Hahaha. They are “contracted” by USPS. So they don’t do the QR codes there. Also, you can print your own label for only $2.00! Hahahaha. Big joke. Then they couldn’t even scan a prepackaged item. Their equipment is that bad. Lady was rude. I simply said “I’ll take my package to an actual USPS.” And left. I was blocked at the exit by one of their co-tenants. It’s a shame we have predatory businesses like them who pose as usps (technicallly, they “are” usps) but they CHARGE HIGH for what would be a normally free service.

Very sketchy business. They nickel and dime you for every little thing (even tape to close the box you buy from them). They've also lost my packages twice now. I strongly recommend driving to an actual USPS office - the service isn't stellar but the price is much cheaper.

I got here at 629 after driving in traffic for 45 minutes because they’re the only post office with 630 close and the door was already closed. A gentleman came to the door and said.. I’m sorry we’re closed. It’s waaay too late ? I needed to send something time sensitive.

Dropped an envelope off here and had stuff stolen out of it and it was taped closed & then delivered to recipient.
