Most uninformed counter people ever. I wanted to mail a package that was not all paper only. There was some small objects inside. I was informed I could not send them first class even though they were under their weight requirement. They were told the other postal people that allowed me to do this were wrong. Of course I immediately googled it after I left and lo and behold first class mail can be anything. As long as it fits under the requirement and fits the size ratio, they should really train those people better. Or at least they shouldn't pretend like they really know what they're talking about. Won't go back there again. Used to be one of the better post office. Now they got two new counter people who basically suck. Matter to me. I could care less

The lady at this post office told us our package was not at her location and sent us to the post office on Nees. When we got to the other post office, the gentleman there told us that it was definitely at the first office on minarets. We went back to get the package from the first location, and the lady had closed the office up! How can this even be a thing for a post office! I’m really annoyed because she made me waste my morning running around only to close her doors making it impossible for me to talk to her again.

This is the worst Post Office in Fresno. There hours are never what are posted. It's very difficult to get your mail. Please don't get a Post Office box here.

The worst post office location ever the employee super rude i ask for manager she give me abnormal audited " we don't have managers here they all in nees location " .. she is not able to give answers to any question I asked

Girl at the front desk is a straight up see you next Tuesday. I’ve been to plenty USPS and they tape up my boxes for free. Not this girl. She wouldn’t tape my label onto the box. She was going to make me buy a whole tape roll for $5. What’s the point in having tape on your desk then? I went to another location where they gladly taped my label onto the box free of charge. Never coming back to this location again.

The old lady said yes it would be 17 ish dlrs, I asked if there was a cheaper fee she said yes the 15 dlrs ground service, I said I would take it. Then she said okay you have to fill out the paper and buy tape because we don't do it for you. I said ok no problem, I have tape in my car and I left. I went to the other post office on Nees and the lady was able to do everything at no extra charge, she charged the $15 dlrs and even taped the label so I didn't have to do anything else.

Black lady at counter was rude. Of course I'm not familiar with your process when people like you are driving people away and to UPS.She also charged me for shipping what seemed excessive when she told me they're all the same. Doubt they all cost that much.She also didn't follow my instructions and had it shipped too fast. My plan was to fly to the location and receive it and it arrived too fast. I use USPS all the time, and despite all of the above, I was in a crunch so I tolerated it. Never again, I'll pay more for UPS next time.

The lady on the front desk should change her audited and be trained to do her job correctly! Otherwise she should stay home and let someone who knows how to do their job take care of customers properly

Clerk at the front is a poor and sad excuse for a postal employee. She argued with me the whole time and then opened my package up in the back and slapped a postage due stamp on it out of spite. She is childish and extremely unprofessional. Go to other post offices in Fresno. She works at a tiny office too and acts like she is working at a busy plant. I worked for USPS for over ten years and never seen so much unprofessionalism before.

As much as I blame the horrible customer service and clerk with the nasty attitude. I'm going to say it is the postmasters fault for this one. Only the second time I came here and the lady ignored me and just punched everything into the computer and didn't even ask me to verify the destination or address. Then when I asked to see it, she was rude and told me not to tell her how to do her job and that she was a seasoned postal worker and it's people like us that make the job so horrible. I'm sorry. I don't care if you have 50 years or 2 on the job. If you don't have a positive attitude and can't take ownership of your mistakes then don't do the job. She began to talk about me to the next customer in line and her unprofessionalism continued. So Postmaster I wasn't allowed to talk to you due to the clerk refusing to let me speak to you, but please re train the clerk or move them to another office. For a business that thrives on the community to purchase post office supplies and send stamps, this clerk gives zero care for any of those. I'll continue to come back and will continue to address the unprofessionalism each time it happens. Shouldn't have to go to a further office to get a different experience.
