I’d give zero starts if I could. USPS website states all post offices are able to print money orders. Walked in asked for one and was told with attitude by the blonde lady behind the counter that I would need to go to a MAIN post office. So what’s the difference? And why are employees of a government agency treating members of the public with attitude when the website doesn’t specify. And no this isn’t a postal place, it’s a usps branch. Do better and treat people better. No need for but by attitudes.

Doesn’t take QR code nor accept card under $10. Staff is fine but their store policies make it very inconvenient to ship from here. Would recommend using another location.

Their customer service is great, but they don’t scan items in the way other post offices do. I was told because they’re not a true post office and are merely contracted with them, which means their rules are likely lax. However, that lax practice extremely stressful for the customer sending out a package that doesn’t track it because it isn’t scanned into the system and is just untraceable in limbo.

The worst customer service. Was charged double to correct a mistake THEY made on a package I needed mailed out. Blonde woman in window is extremely rude, condescending, and I fear low key racist. She is Extremely unpleasant to work with and will not acknowledge she makes errors (as she is the one who messed up my package). The few times I have had to go there she has been very short, rude and cold toward me while always assisting others (who don’t look like me) kindly. This is a serious issue that should be addressed in my opinion.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a post office by the lady at the window on Wednesday morning. When I asked her a question about making a change of address, her response to me was that this was a private post office for people who live in this neighborhood only, without knowing if I even live there opt not. Not very helpful and somewhat condescending.

This is the most cutest little Post Office I ever seen! It brings a warm welcoming vibe that makes you feel part of the community. I would wait in line no matter how long it takes because it's just that aesthetically pleasing. I love my new little Post Office! ?

All ypu really need to know is this is one of the best USPS locations in the Fresno/Clovis area. I'm hesitant to write this review because it is never really that busy, so I don't want to blow up the spot and get the word out too much lol. Let's keep it on the DL . But the customer service is top notch and the speed of service is hard to beat.

Stopped by to leave some mail. Had to wait a bit no problem. They have 2 doors one to enter the other to exit, both people infront of me used the enter side instead of the exit. Dude there's even aarows on the floor for directions and they still can't get that ish right ? other than that you will get friendly service from the workers.

This post office is the best one in town. They're always so helpful and nice. The lines move along reasonably when busy but usually not much of a wait at all! Love them!

The Post Office in Fig Garden Village is a local treasure! The staff there including the owner and employees are just great! They are welcoming, helpful and efficient. They keep the line moving and, yet, are kind enough to assist with correctly and securely wrapping a package or an envelope. They always have a smile and a kind word. The U.S. Postal Service efficiently comes a couple times a day to pick up packages, parcels and letters / envelopes. This hidden gem makes mailing anything a fun even! Do show your appreciation sometime for this great business, staff & owner! Thank you to them for so many great years and holidays for their great service! Everyone is welcome here!

Used to love this post office. Really close to my house and work. But this experience today really irritated me. I have poshmark labels that specifically states on the label "Poshmark shippers are authorized to use all Priority Mail packaging, including flat rate and regional rate packaging through zones of local and 1 thru 8". A lady just denied my Large Flat Rate box and so I had to drive to a different post office which was 20 mins away and they expected the box no problem. No too happy with the service. Know your boxes and labels!
