Why are the women there today so rude, unhappy and disrespectful?
I came in wanting to send an express mail. They redirected me vaguely, saying top left and top right (like which pieces in the top left and right and which shelf???) so I was confused. One coworker named Sue criticized me saying, "Oh they don't know their left and right" and said some other nasty and rude things. The one who greeted me, agreed with her! Sue implied I was stupid when in fact they were NOT CLEAR!
Sue is really rude tho! I have encountered her once before and it was such an unpleasant experience! She has no filter and just says whatever. She acts like she OWNS the place. Lady you work in a public place; it's not your home, learn some etiquette!
Thankfully I didn't get Sue nor the lady who agreed with her. Thank goodness!
Go here only if you can put up with negativity.

The asian girl in the front seriously needs to get talk to by management she is very rude and when i ask her a question she just ignored me, also when I was trying to talk to her she just kept on being on her phone not looking at me

Very quick & informative, Especially informative that the hiring exam must've been lowered vastly. When I asked young mam behind the counter how much is the "Per Pound Rate" for large boxes, And he said that they don't charge by the pound, it's a Flat Rate" very confidently I might add, I responded with "I think you might wanna double check that?" And a little attitudey I was told "I can assure you Sir, that the usps does NOT charge by the lb for delivery, it's a flat rate and that's how We charge!" And I responded with(thinking to myself: GAME ON!!)"Well, online it asks for the dimensions of the box your shipping in or envelope, So for Example & this Conversation, how much would it cost to mail this letter behind you?(he tells me price) and now let's say I have a box that's 24x12x12 and weighs 10lbs, how much to ship that overnight?(he gives me a price) now, how much would it cost to ship the same box BUT it weighs 30lbs?(he starts to give me the price and as soon as he starts to say the 1st number I cut him off and say) WHY IS THERE A PRICE DIFFERENCE, ITS THE SAME BOX!!" He states "the 2nd box was heavier" me: EXACTLY!! THERE'S A 20LB DIFFERENCE AND A PRICE DIFFERENCE, SO CLEARLY YOU CHARGE BY THE POUND, CORRECT?" BEFORE HE COULD ANSWER HIS MANAGER CAME UP, AND TOOK OVER THE POTENTIAL VERBAL EVISCERATING THAT CARLOS WAS ABOUT TO FALL VICTIM TO...All the MANAGER said was "He doesn't have access to that part of the system which is why he responded the way he did. I apologize for that" I told her it was no big deal, it was his attitude that led him to those questions and I laughed & She laughed and I ended up smashing that night, Thank You Michelle, For Your Expert Handling and Processing of My Package and going Above, Beyond and Pretty Much Bending over backward to make sure I was Satisfied with her performance, I am!! Very Much So, Your Hubby is a Lucky Man!!

My receipt says clerk, 98 I don't know if that's connected to the guy who helped me today, but everything was smooth. All the business was smooth with coming in, even though the parking was kind of Annoying but I look at the reviews before coming in. I see you say all the workers are rude and I didn't get that when I first came inside but when I did decide to start to do my package, I noticed that I was going to do priority because I had pre-signed the shipping method but I was like I'll just do the other shipping. I'll do the regular one like the cheaper one because there was a five dollar difference and I'm like why would I spend $10 to ship off these tiny baby clothes and I can save money by just writing on the package so he gave me the permanent marker to wrote on the package then he whispered to the lady laughs and says "it's only us like a four dollar difference" OK are you going to pay that different sir? Since you got it like that. a four dollar difference that I don't mind not paying. how rude and how unprofessional he whispered to the white lady in the right corner. It was a Mexican man this was around 2:30 PM Tuesday, June 20. People need to stop being rude nowadays. It's so funny how to laugh that I'd rather save four dollars.

I deliver for Amazon. And to say a package could not be delivered, because the front door driveway was blocked when its delivering to apartments, is some lazy excuse not to deliver! I know delivering to apartments can be a pain, but should not be an excuse not to deliver. I go above and beyond along with my associates to deliver amazon packages to customers. What about you USPS? Remember, you work and answer for/to the People of the United States. Amazon should have never given you a go, to deliver packages. On top of your regular mail delivery, I am aware it is a lot of work. At least for Amazon drivers, amazon packages are all we have to deliver. Shame on you Amazon for firing your thousands upon thousands of employees. The reliability of USPS to deliver amazon packages to the door is not dependable. USPS should just stick to their mailboxes, and Amazon to the door to door deliveries.

Parking is limited. On top of that, their employees are rude. The worker Mrs. Yang was extremely unprofessional. She gave me an attitude and was rude the entire time. Also, don't ever ask for help because they will not help you. The worker made that very clear. I was told it's our mails/ packages, so we should know what to do with it or choose how fast we want the item to get to its destination.

The US Postal Service is not what it used to be. I've paid for a box at this location for almost 20 years. The decline of the USPS has really impacted their facilities, services, and even their employees.

This location sucks a big one!!! Every employee is so rude not frendly at all. Will not even look at you nor acknowledge you're in building never can help you do anything and they talk to you with an attitude and make you feel stupid because you didn't know what location to go to if it's for a passport or boxes or anything like that. Do not recommend to go here. I rather go to 1 miles away from my house then come back here and give them business. This location should be closed. It's a joke.
