Box gets broken into 4-5 times a month. After checking video I see 2 women using a key(the mail
Person key) yea that’s right they have a key to enter all the boxes. Stealing all the mail and driving off…called police and they said call post office. The post office only has automated feed back. I have multiple videos on these women, any one

Best post office ever. Thank you for your hard work you guys. Most of the public has no idea the work you guys put in every day. I recommend the public to watch some videos on YouTube on the life of a city carriers and clerks in the post office before one passes judgement on them.

Long wait but it was right after Christmas and the clerks were so great to everyone in line. Great experience. Helped me save money sending off my last minute Christmas gifts. Highly recommend.

This place pisses me off. If my mail lady doesn’t have an attitude I’m lucky. My gate is NEVER locked yet for some reason my package was marked as “could not deliver to location.” Which isn’t true. This isn’t the first time a package was skipped or just not ever brought to my house. If they did try to deliver they would have realized the gate opened. Never have I had an issue with usps until I moved to this area. If they had tried to open the gate it would have opened and they could have put it on the porch just like the two other packages that were placed there. So either the person didn’t even go to my house or they just drove by. Im an advocate for usps but at this point I’m tired of the attitude. Even when asking them to print off labels at their location “I can’t do that.” Ten seconds later the lady is corrected, turns out I was right and then she goes “I guess I can do that.” Of course you can I just told you ya could…but go ahead and ego trip out mail lady. I’m taking off work to make sure these Morons don’t make a bullshit excuse again.

Howard, the postal clerk, is so friendly! You would think that he was working on commission ! But if he thinks that you are shipping out something of Great Value, Consider your parcel Stolen! I took my eyes off the ball and Howard scanned my QR code and put my shipping label on the side of my recycled box.
Two weeks later, The package was marked RTS - Return to sender. There was no intention of ever redelivering my package to my address. It took three attempts and contacting customer service for The post office staff finally give me my package that had been sitting on the shelf.
Got my package. All is well that ends well, right? NOPE ! I’m at the main post office on Hughes and rewrap my package and put the contents in a bubble wrap envelope. I hand write my shipping label. What can go wrong? Angie, the postal clerk manually typed out a shipping label, but didn’t address it to the recipient. When I asked her about the shipping label that she printed out, she dismissed my concerns.
Guess what? My package has gone missing in action for the second time!

Back to Howard at the Griffith Station …
What kind of things does Howard, the postal clerk do? He asked me what type of merchandise that I ship out. He will pretend to scan a package. When I inform Howard that he missed a scan, he knows exactly which package it is and goes directly to it. What else does Howard do? He scanned a QR code and hid the shipping label on the side of the package.
…But Howard is so friendly and is always smiling. Howard is pathologically ill. He’s a Passive aggressive Crazy Maker !

It's ridiculous that we have to wait that long just to get our mail,it would be respectful to acknowledge customer and let us know you there than ignoring, then when orhers rings the bell so many times being inpatient they come out with an attitude, mad as if we brothering them. I know at times it's gets stressful but at the end of the day respect goes both ways and acknowledging customer letting them know something would be appreciated that ignoring us waiting and not apologizing for the long wait.

Waiting and tracking a package, the day delivery is due and the postal carrier says "incorrect address"! Why? Other mail and packages make it to this address. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am furious!! The store that I ordered it from says they are sending the package back to the wearhouse and I'll be refunded!!! No! I want my package!!! It's Saturday, the Post Office is closed, I can't get a hold of them to let me come pick it up!
