It's ridiculous that we have to wait that long just to get our mail,it would be respectful to acknowledge customer and let us know you there than ignoring, then when orhers rings the bell so many times being inpatient they come out with an attitude, mad as if we brothering them. I know at times it's gets stressful but at the end of the day respect goes both ways and acknowledging customer letting them know something would be appreciated that ignoring us waiting and not apologizing for the long wait.

Waiting and tracking a package, the day delivery is due and the postal carrier says "incorrect address"! Why? Other mail and packages make it to this address. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am furious!! The store that I ordered it from says they are sending the package back to the wearhouse and I'll be refunded!!! No! I want my package!!! It's Saturday, the Post Office is closed, I can't get a hold of them to let me come pick it up!

Front desks Asian guy was literally the best, he helped me and my family send off some mail and was very patient. We need these type of customer service.

I frequently visit several local post offices here in fresno and this one is by far the fastest and has the most knowledgeable agents behind the counter. I ship 20 to 40 packages a week at this location because I am in and out in a flash. I appreciate all of you !

This review is for Manny Torres at the Cardwell USPS Post Office in Fresno. I had purchased something on Amazon to be delivered in Fresno. It had been marked it "insufficient address" by a clerk at the Post Office. Manny went out of his way to find this package for me. He was not the person that marked it "insufficient address". The address was all correct, by the way. He didn't stop looking until he knew the package was found or delivered. It was finally delivered even though it was marked incorrectly.

Very bad post office people not help me . All time I go the post office all time said u coming tomorrow then I m coming next day they’d said ur coming later plz not help me anybody. Not give me my letters . 4 hrs I m waiting not give me my letters. I order my mail box key before 3 weeks but not yet anybody call me . I m calling all day but not help me anybody very very very bad company. Very bad post office people not help me

My mail man keeps losing my mail. I have gotten my neighbors medicine in my box, peoples checks and so on. He is very careless and once again today he has lost 6 items I was supposed to get in the mail today. This is ridiculous, I keep calling to speak to someone and it just rings. I can’t believe this is a government agency and yet they are so careless with people’s important documents.

The indoor are super clean. They have 2 drop off blue box outside of the building and 1 inside the building; but all 3 of the drop box are only for envelope. It's super busy every Monday, Wednesday Thursday and Friday are the less busy. The employees there are super friendly especially the front desk worker Howard. Howard deserve a bonus or a promotion or a wages increase. Well I go there again?definitely! The only downfall about the post office is there are homeless hanging around which is out of their control.

My daughter and I came here to send a package yesterday and I can't say enough good things about the staff on duty. Both the lady at the front counter and the lady in the back office were personable and helpful. Everything went smoothly and we were on our way.(I would be remiss to not mention, please be aware of your surroundings while visiting this area. Not just the post office but the general Blackstone corridor is kinda rough these days. I dont come to town often and i am reminded of why.)

They need to hire more people whose into the job I would like to go there because I'm a former UPS employee and I would be a great highly-qualified assistant and getting that mail assorted and get on time for the mail deliveries people I really love working with other people I'm sure I'm grateful to have around because of I'm so in my job and not being a great lazy person who's gets into trouble at the job site
