Extremely slow service, without a justified cause. It is shameful that a federal building denies access to a public restroom, the most basic human need. Based on the realistic waiting times, USPS should not only have basic amenities but should offer coffee & comfort.

Plan on an entire day for a passport, even with an appointment. You're better off driving over an hour away to a different post office with passport services. You would still save a considerable amount of time.

I went to do my passport as a walk in today. the line wasn’t that long but only one worker helping all the costumers. the process took really long for each case. there is no public restroom for kids and adult please figure this issue most of the people have to wait up to two hours the restroom need to be provided and it’s a bad idea to take a walk-in

Selena was awesome. Went there for First Time Passports, had appointment for two people, showed up early and called us in early. We were done in 20min. Make sure you have all your forms filled out correctly and your all your IDENTIFICATION.

I went to this post office on Thursday afternoon and the staff was super friendly. They guided me through the process and were patient with me. I also overheard one of the employees helping a lady out with a complicated mailing situation. I will definitely come back again.

Whatever happens, DO NOT try and make an appointment for a passport, or expect to see anyone if you walk-in. Just go anywhere else. The don't respect appointments. I had an appointment at 1pm and the guy walked out and said that 1pm is when he goes to lunch and that i'd have to wait an hour.... the sre telling walk-ins to leave, even when they have been here for 3 hours... supervisor said sorry...

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The blonde is the rudest one there. Place is filthy, sketchy. I'll go elsewhere.

Had an appointment at 1:30, there was 2 persons then it was my turn. Everything was fast, efficient and very professional. Was helped by candice very nice lady. This will be my passport renew from now on. Very recommended. Just make an appointment online and try to take all forms filled for faster service.

My package containing irreplaceable items went missing (guarantee a line worker stole it) and the postal service just wants me to accept the loss. I should get a job at one of these places. So easy to just take what you want and say it went missing when the customer calls. This used to be an honest American job. Now they will hire anybody

Well my experience and coming to the post office to get my passport was in a walk-in basis. I was there for close to three hours because I did not have an appointment after being there the lady mentioned that she could not help me because she was short staffed! I was furious. Finally she decided that she was going to to help me. Bittersweet appointment

We had a great experience with Selena at passport services. She was patient with us and our children. She was fast, prompt and accurate and very professional.
