My package was supposed to arrive 3 days ago when I checked sat it was at the Fresno post office okay so I was expecting it the next day or at least Tuesday the latestttt , tell me why I check on the updated yesterday and it says it’s in San Francisco ♂️ like whatttt?! How you send the package in the opposite direction??? Y’all dyslexic with directions?????

I give this place 0 stars and the lady that works there should be fired for her bad performance, made me wait an hour and a half after being called in and told I will be with you shortly. This is unacceptable considering the fact that her paycheck comes from my hard earned tax money.

Extremely slow service, without a justified cause. It is shameful that a federal building denies access to a public restroom, the most basic human need. Based on the realistic waiting times, USPS should not only have basic amenities but should offer coffee & comfort.

It says open at 9am when I googled the place, however the place was not open because it says on the glass door, opens at 9:30am.
