For years, YEARS, this Post Office has ONLY ONCE delivered all my bills for a month. Four years ago, they returned mail marked "not at this address" for multiple mail from the DISABILITY OFFICE FOR MY CHILD, nearly costing my child their disability check. It was so bad that Disability sent a letter to the POST MASTER of Fresno, that letter was opened, then sent to the Clinter station to confirm that we lived here. How do I know this? Because instead of doing what they were supposed to, they put the OPENED MAIL TO THE POST MASTER OF FRESNO into my mailbox and left it! Mail for people who don't live her are constantly being delivered here even though there is, by order of much higher up, a stop for anyone who does not have my last name or the owner's name on it. I get more actual bills for people who haven't lived here in a decade than I get of MY BILLS!
Years of complaints to USPS both STATE AND FEDERAL, tend to get forwarded to the manager of the Clinter station to "fix it" who has FAILED MISSERABLY AT HER JOB. She doesn't fix anything, and in fact, at one point she called me and harassed me, accusing me of writing "Return to Sender" on my bills and the disability paperwork mailed out!!! When I called her out on it she said, "Well, I don't know what you're doing with your mail, sir! But we are delivering what we get!" which isn't even halfway true as I get the emails of what is supposed to be delivered and often it says something is supposed to show up and it doesn't, or something shows up that was not on said email.
Even when I specifically have called STATE AND FEDERAL to complain about the manager of the Clinter station explicitly, somehow she is the one who calls me back instead of her supervisor!!!
Well, today I was supposed to receive a package from Kohls through UPS's agreement with USPS doing the final part of the delivery. The tracking shows it was out for delivery, but then the Clinter station decided to forward my package to somewhere else. THERE IS NO CHANGE OF ADDRESS IN THE SYSTEM FOR ME, NOT ONE FILED BY ME NOR BY SOMEONE COMMITING FRAUD!!! THE CLINTER STATION JUST DECIDED THAT I MUST HAVE MOVED FOR SOME REASON! TO SOME ADDRESS KNOWN ONLY TO THEM!!!
It also appears that they may have done that with ALL my mail as well as nothing has been put in my mailbox for the last couple days!!!
The Clinter station needs a full audit starting with their manager, and firing of any and all incompetent employees, again, starting with their manager. Note, I do not think that all the employees are incompetent, but there must be a large number of them to get things wrong for this long despite multiple state and federal complaints!!!

They lost my packages before!!
I had to find my mail man again today because , he will deliver my mail , except my packages!
He found my package in his van after I found him down the street!
He will park at my house and leave right after - all of a sudden..
When he never used to do that!
Now my mail is missing more often.
&
He lost my package yesterday, saying someone broke into his truck , but he delivered all my other mail that day and days prior.
Shipping is always a worry!
I always get other people's mail too!
I also found my packages at other addresses a few times!
I'm often in contact with numerous claims weekly!!
It's ridiculous how much I have to do to get my own mail .

Horrible mail carrier, act like he didn’t know how to open my gate. Was going to leave my mail on the gate. He put my mail back inside his bag. We had to get in our car find him on next block. I called postal office on Olive & Fresno. Female answered phone made up excuses for him. Ask was there dogs in the yard. Did I have lock on gate. Why would I be calling to make complaint. If there was an issue on my end. Stupid mf we have cameras on property that see every angle on property. I monitor cameras when there’s motion.. I saved footage showing what happened. He didn’t bother to get mail being returned. From black mailman delivered to wrong address. They deliver wrong packages & mail to my home all the time. Give my mail to neighbors Pg&e & mortgage bills. Things that shouldn’t be delivered to wrong address.’ppl not stealing mail carriers delivering to wrong address. And skipping ppl residence. When complaints being filed someone need to handle situation properly. Not acceptable bad enough carrier disrespect ppl property walking across grass & rocks. When there’s a walkway or they leave gates open. Carrier need to pay attention to address & respect ppl property

Please tell your postal carriers to stop walking across people’s lawns. I’ve been doing the best I can to keep my front yard in order and get my grass to grow back. The postal carrier keeps walking directly across my lawn even right in front of me. I have a walk way for a reason. I’ve done my best to be nice but he’s shown no respect for people’s property. We had a new carrier fill in while the normal one was out, and he seemed to have no problem using the walk way. Whoever he was, thank you.Just because my lawn isn’t as nice as some others, doesn’t mean I’m not trying to make it nicer. It’s hard to get grass to grow if people wearing boots keep walking on the parts that I’m working on growing. I assure you I would rather not have made this post.——————-Continuing with my above review, today is no 3/12/2024. I parked my car on the street to prevent the path the mail carrier likes to walk across my lawn, and he literally just walked on my grass in a different direction. Still on the spots that we are trying to get to grow. This is complete disrespect at this point. It’s pretty easy to see where we are trying to get the grass to grow.I am willing to edit and provide a good review if you can please ask the mail carrier who covers the 93703 area to not walk on peoples lawns.

Waited to pick up a package for 45 minutes while the workers sat behind the counter 3 feet away. 2 of them weren't even taking customers.

It's the end of February as I write this, and I can honestly say that I haven't had reliable mail delivery since October. Here's the short version...All throughout November, our carrier was "misdelivering" the mail to whichever box he felt like putting it. I'd get a notification that a package had been delivered to me, but there would be no sign of it -- instead, I'd have three or four pieces of neighbors' mail in my box.Overall, I lost about a dozen pieces of mail this way. I talked to managers several times and filled out numerous missing mail reports, talked to the inspector general, etc -- all with no results.Then, about four weeks ago, someone smashed up the mailboxes for our apartment complex and stole everything. The USPS still hasn't got around to putting locks on the new mailboxes, so no new mail is being delivered.So in short, after months of misdelivering and losing my mail, the Fresno USPS is now dragging their feet on replacing the locks, adding four more weeks (and counting) of no mail.Again, I've talked to them countless times about this. No explanation was ever given. In fact, they acted like they didn't believe me and I must just be making it up (because obviously, people spend hours filling out paperwork for fun).At this point, I feel like these punks owe everyone here a free PO Box, plus a monthly stipend to compensate us for the hassle of having to drive somewhere to pick it up. Not sure what the heck is going on with this place but I could write pages about the rude, unhelpful managers I've encountered there.

I've always had a great experience coming here. Once to get undeliverable mail and it did take awhile but the guy helping was very friendly and I'm sure it takes awhile to go through everything so the wait didn't bother me. But whenever I've come to ship packages they are very prompt and nice.

You should all be fired, not only have you lost 3 bills of mine, you have also left the mail boxes wide open for anyone to steal important mail....Someone needs to be written up and dealt with.....the thieves have a key! Change the key and watch your employees!

Very bad experience and rude staff! as well as long wait times waited over 40 mins to get helped. They need help I don’t know if they are short handed but it’s been an on going issue since march 2023
