This place is the worst. The overcharge you hoping you don’t know and then when you claim it, they tell you to come the next day because that’s when the boss is there. But when you go, they made up a million excuses (including cash back I never asked for). So beware, report it to the bbb if you need to

Guy at the register was super rude every time I went in. The last time I went in he didn't want to break a bill for me because I didn't make a bigger purchase. Ps don't but gum from there it's hard.

TERRIBLE. Ordered a bottle of wine. Requested it be cold. Instead of giving me a call and saying we do not have a cold bottle the delivery driver instead brought me a very warm bottle of champagne. I called to say I was upset and would have changed my order for something cold if they had called as they are supposed to. Only to be laughed at when I said I was upset. I was then hung up on and when I tried to call back received no answer.

I went to this store on Sunday 20, 2021 and the cashier clerk decided to eat dinner right over the counter and he wanted me to patiently wait while he took his time eating dinner. He should have put a temporary store closed sign on the door. Store needed cleaning - totally unAmerican here!

I used to come to this store everyday for my usual items but as of today, I'm no longer going to this store. I went in today and got an energy drink, then went to the counter to pay for it. As I walk up I see a man hand the clerk his money to pay and before the clerk gives him back his change he asks if he wants a bag for his 1 item. The man (older non-English speaking Mexican man) just nodded his head obviously not understanding what the clerk had asked. The clerk then charges him for the bag and gives him back his chance. As soon as the older man takes his change back he grabs his single item (without the bag) and walks out of the store and now it's my turn. I told the clerk "I'll take his bag since you charged him and didn't give it to him." He laughs it off and said "No, he already walked out." So I respond with "So you're charging people and not giving them what they pay for!?" He responded with "I give you discount!" I told him that I don't need a discount, I can afford my items. He tried arguing with me about it so I gave him an example. I grabbed a brownie off the counter and told him "So, it's okay to walk into a store and unwillingly buy this brownie without the clerk saying anything?" And he responded with "Yes!" Wow...I just put the brownie back where it was and left my item on the counter and walked out. To a lot of you this argument is pointless even ridiculous but it isn't about the 10 cents or bag. It's about the principality & dishonesty in this business. I can only imagine all the money they've accumulated over the years by doing this s****
