Alfonso - management - has been a blessing. I had the hardest time with sourcing someone to print banners for my grandfathers funeral and while calling local banner shops I found Alfonso’s UPS store. He is an awesome individual who showed kindness, compassion and empathy all while being professional and helping me where he can such as the turn around time for the banners. The pricing was the best I found as well. He even went above and beyond and advised me about the best stands for my event. He is one of a kind!

Nah I need to give a shoutout to Kimberly here. She’s the only person in Fresno to help me with my ups labels needs after calling 4 different ups locations. Great service and would recommend this ups to anybody they seem to know what they are doing here.

While I was standing in line and observing I notice that the staff is quick at processing customer drop off’s. I never wait a long time and above all I notice the staff is friendly and respectful. The manager Alfonso has always been helpful and very informative at helping me with printing posters, banners, ads for my business and I’m only going to this UPS for my shipping and printing needs. And the store is always clean!

I had an Amazon return and there were 3 staff members. My wait time was less than 2 minute. I’m very happy with this location (close to work) and the UPS Store staff were quick and friendly.
