There was an address issue on my package which was to be delivered to me on Friday. My package was prescribed medication that needed to be refrigerated. I called UPS Friday evening to see if I could pick it up. They said it was closed and this location is not open on weekends and I could pick it up on Monday. I explained it needs to be refrigerated and the customer service rep said yes it states on the box so they will keep it refrigerated. We'll Monday comes and I pick it up first thing when it opens and of course my medication was hot. I needed my meds immediately so had to throw that away and call cvs for them to send me some more and they had it delivered same day from a different company named t force. I will ask my pharmacy to not use ups again ?

This was one of the easiest stops of my day. The gentleman at the pickup desk was very polite and professional. He brought my large box out on a hand truck and let me use it to take the box to my truck. (Greatly appreciated!!) If you have items shipping through UPS and have a concern about the delivery, this is a great, safe, east solution!!

The people there were very nice they couldn’t help me out with my problem so they gave me a print out to the nearest stations very respectful and I appreciate service like that

Love the fact that they have little carts to help carry big or multiple packages inside. Longer hours than most places have so easy to drop off after work.

Ups customer service is a joke! They don’t care about inconveniencing you and will lie just to get you off the phone! I was 40 minutes late for work yesterday trying to hunt down my package and I still don’t have it!If you are ordering anything and ups is delivering, do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. Amazon, Walmart+, usps, Dhl literally anybody but ups. They have a automated system that tries to prevent you from talking to a live person. None of the representatives are in the states so it’s a bunch of confusing miscommunication and lying to get you off the phone. This has been the worst delivery experience I have had in 5 years and I’ve been online shopping since the pandemic. The cost of services does not match the quality of service you get. It’s like paying target prices at Walmart. Ups is bottom of the barrel delivery service!!!

Best employees ever! Friendly, helpful, caring and knowledgeable. Go out of their way to find your packages and will even carry to the car when possible. I even changed my delivery for pickup just to say hello sometimes! Thank you all for being so kind
