The employees don’t scan the packages in a timely manner, they let packages sit for days before they are picked up by a UPS driver- so they’re too lazy to make sure they go out. I’ve tried calling the storefront to confirm that my packages will be going out today after dropping them off yesterday afternoon. I’ve been getting a busy signal all afternoon, there’s no possible way that they’ve had constant phone calls that I can’t get through at all. Unfortunately that means I will have to make another trip there to confront the issue in person (doubt they’ll even have a manager on the premises to address this at all). The FedEx down the street is way more worth the time and effort. Avoid this UPS store at all costs.

Came to ship off a return item. Had all of the directions on the paper on how for the associate to ring it up and charge the corporate account. There was even a number to call if they did not know how to do it. They wouldn't even bother or try. NO help at all. They do it all the time for Amazon. This company is in the same league as them. Poor customer service.

WHEN YOU HAVE STORE HOURS LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE & IN THE BUSINESS, FOLLOW THROUGH! CAME HERE AT 7:55 AM. TO BE FIRST AT 8 AM AS IT STATES OPEN , NO ONE IS HERE CURRENTLY 8:20 AM ! I PAID TO PARK. HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE PUNCTUAL.

They did not open this store on time this morning. It's currently 0825 on a Tuesday morning and the door is still locked. NO one is answering the phone either.
