I had a box full of pictures shipped to me back on April 2 2024 arrived April 5th 2024 at the Fresno facility it still sitting there on delayed for delivery they tell me to file a claim, must have prove of cost of pictures, damaged to file a claim.

A joke! The worst delivery/pickup experience I’ve had my entire life. Imagine calling confirming with customer service where your package is and going there and nobody has the package. Then calling multiple times getting told to sign up for my choice only to still have a missing package and missed delivery window. I was late to work and had to cancel a job because I was so late and still turned up empty handed. Then being told things would be updated and I could be inconvenienced more by having to go pick it up but it’s no where to be found in the meantime and won’t be available to pick up until days later. You can’t talk to local representatives they are all overseas and say whatever you want to hear to get you off the phone. I will never order anything that uses ups, by the most unprofessional delivery company.

Conveniently located inside of an auto parts store. Long as this place isn't packed with customers then it's a breeze in and out. Give UPS HUBS a try, great for when you won't be home to pick up your packages. Best part is it's totally free. ?
