  This location is so much better than many of the others. The only thing that sucks is the parking situation. There's so many blind spots in this parking lot and that is not UPS access point locations fault. Staff here are usually very kind and helpful and never received any rudeness from the staff when I come here.

  This was the first time I have ever had to return a package and the customer service rep was very helpful in making sure that I followed all rules prior to returning. Thank you for your professionalism.
