Don’t waste your time shopping here. Horrible customer service. I came in to shop but didn’t find anything, so I proceeded to pick up my bday gift. The lady behind me cut in front and the cashier just helped her. When I tried to ask what I’m assuming was the manager, she told me to get back in line and wait as she proceeded to do nothing. Just go to the one by Herndon and 99 or shop at Sephora.

I believe her name is Jasmin . ( average/short height. Flat long black hair and light skin. ) Is extremely rude and should try to control her face as an employee. I’ll take my business to Sephora

Everyone was so sweet and helpful , gotten help by an employee named jasmin . great experience she helped me get a color match and was super sweet , recommend her for any help needed !

Horrible customer service, went in with a list of things I needed and I walked around the store for about an hour and literally NOT ONE person asked me if I needed anything and I couldn’t even find not even ONE person on the floor to ask for help. Idk if they were short staffed this day but this store needs to do better. And I’m not the only one that feels this way, apparently couple people I talk to say this ulta has the worst customer service

This location is clean & efficient . Employees have great customer service, I was greeted and asked if I need help finding any particular product. This location has great skin care & Hair care products . Ambiance was an 7/10 .

This is my 4th time getting my hair done at Ulta. My Stylist is Stephanie Guzman. My experience here has always been wonderful! She has been working with my chaotic hair. I am always ecstatic with my results! Please go see her. You won't be disappointed.

Went to ULTA yesterday , and ask an associate (short Mexican , hair tied back , she was doing go backs) on the floor for help with a price , she snatch the item on my hand and tried looking it up on her phone on the app , (i mean I could of done that ) But if you can’t find the price in less than 5 mins let me know I’ll ask someone else too . I did not like her attitude, no welcoming . I told her nevermind I’ll just figure it out myself and she just walked away and ignore me . I work in customer service if you’re having a bad day stay at home .
